This store needs to get with the times and update to a digital ordering board. There isn't enough staff working in the obvious need to cut costs, the floors and tables were sticky, and tbe store looks like the 90s left it behind. Soon, it will be just like the White Castle next to it.

Sign on door said open at 7am. Nobody there at 7am so l went back at 715am still nobody there. No cars in parking lot except mine. What's the deal? I think this is ridiculous! I will contact corporate maybe they have an answer.

Where can I find a way to give this place ess than 5 stars? The service is horrible, the food is cold, and the service is very bad. The worst thing about is that it's not a good place to stay.

The wait time was ridiculous and we were the only one in line The food was cold. They forgot one of the frosties we specifically asked for a Dave triple plane with cheese and bacon and specified no condiments and it was loaded with mayonnaise and ketchup we had to go back into the store twice once for the frosty and one's for them to remake the burger. The kids behind the counter didn't seem to care that it was wr ong. From time we got there then after both mistakes we were there for 30 minutes we were ignored at the drive-thru window my husband had to go in and get the frosty then as we were pulling away I noticed the burger so I went in
