I ordered a Dave's single, pub burger, and a kids meal cheese burger for dinner for me and my family. All of the patties were crunchy and burnt. My wife first noticed her burger and when I told the manager, she threw the burger angrily in the trash and made a new one. Then I had to go back up to the counter and show her the other 2 that were even more burnt than the first. 2 new burgers were made but I guess they had run out of non burnt ones. Every one was standing around in the back, not making any new burgers. I went to go sit down and the burger cook started air punching like he wanted to take things outside. When I asked him if he wanted to take things outside the Manager started to yell at me in front of my kids. We go here all the time. I have no idea what happened today but I will be traveling the other way to eat at another Wendy's. If 0 stars was a choice that's what this Wendy's would get.

RUDE EMPLOYEES AND MANAGER WHO ACTUALLY HUNG UP ON ME AFTER I ORDERED OVER $40 WORTH OF FOOD AND CALLED TO INFORM THEM THAT SEVERAL ITEMS WERE MISSING. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! THEY COULD CARE LESS. HOW INCOMPETENT CAN YOU BE PACKING A BAG OF FOOD AS YOURE READING OFF AN ORDER LIST?!

This place was a Wendy's above all others in my opinion. The staff was super helpful and showed me how to save money buying food for my kids! I was ever so grateful to the cute women who helped me there! I usually don't write such great reviews about places like Wendy's but this one was great! I thoroughly recommend it! Now it's time to get wasted!!
