Ordered 20 minutes ahead of time on the app on my way to a funeral. Showed up and there’s 20 people waiting in the lobby and no mobile orders on the rack. I waited 15 more minutes but nothing was done. One poor women working by herself at the busiest time of the day. I didn’t have time to wait so hopefully will get a refund but this place needs better management.

I must say, the inside of this DD is very clean and nicely decorated. However, the cashier with dark hair and fake blue eyes was extremely rude and had such an attitude. I walked in and her and the other employee were both sitting down in the chairs in the sitting area. Both were very annoyed when we entered the establishment. When I first asked for my order, I was starred at with a death stare. Extremely uncomfortable feeling!!! Great customer service goes a long way. Will never return to this location.

3.8 rating ...what is Management waiting for?? Take your money somewhere else. The Middle Eastern woman was concentrated on her phone call; she did not prepare an online order correctly. When I questioned her, she said that the order did not get through. Then, I showed her the receipt...then she prepared it...she threw the bag of hash browns at me and said here is your hash browns. As if she was doing me a favor!!! On top of that she only placed 5 out of six in the bag. I guess I was interrupting her phone call conversation. NOT GIVING MY MONEY TO THIS STORE

The owner of this business is a nightmare to deal with! She will not make drinks the way they are supposed to be made, and charges extra for making properly! Even paying extra she still will not be honest!! Worst place to deal with!!! Stay away!

HOLY COW!!!!! It's time I post and show the world. Can't believe how bad this DD is with service and food quality. The only positive is the building is brand new, so there is no time to get dirty and old. Note the burt hash browns picture below. I'm always getting burnt to crisp on every order past 8x with missing items. I drive by this place every day and have stopped in about 8 times, hoping for a better experience. But today was my last. You got all 12 year olds working ???, that dont care about you as a customer. Its time we as a community we put this place out of business, so a reliable, trustworthy fast food business can take advantage of the location. Even another franchise owner pls take over this DD. ANYONE BUT THIS OWNER/MANAGEMENT GROUP. CORPORATE CAN CONTACT ME FOR ADVICE.

omg i’m fascinated!! so i always go to dunkin but this one has me impressed. our order was done in like 2 minutes and we had 2 large complicated lattes. also my matcha latte tasted better than i ever had it and i have matcha like everyday. great place, love it !
