This place is my favorite by far at the Jersey Shore for drinking, chillin and music. They had one of the best band lineups each month since the Brighton Bar. Best was they had 3 rooms for bands. Some nights it would be 70s, 80s, 90s Cover bank at bar, punk rock or heavy metal in side room and jam band on main stage. So rare to find a venue like this anywhere. Extremely sad it will be closing in November because of Bar As greedy owner. Food was meh but it's a band bar.

We went to a show here and it was a great time w a lot of energy. The smoke bothered us and it was hot as it was a full house, but they did try to open the doors and get some air flowing. There is an outside bar connected to the venue. Overall, it had a fun vibe and we will definitely go back for another show. The main bar has a beachy feel. It had a decent crowd, but not as busy as the show.

God for bid you try to arrive past the “locals time” you will be shunned and ejected without any cause. We arrived at 12:30am on a Saturday night; prime summer hours. Was immediately met with negativity and unwelcomeness. I am born and raised in NJ and have never been treated with such disrespect walking into what looked like a welcoming, local, friendly, accepting, DIVERSE environment! specifically from a TOURIST STAND POINT.. aren’t tourists, what bring in a lot of “your” business during the off months?? You would think “the newest beach bar in belmar” would make you feel more welcomed and accepted. Highly do NOT recommend. Don’t worry, the drunk locals will keep it in business anyway.

We loved this place! They have live music or a DJ everyday and have great drink deals. The most notable experience was with the cook named Mac. He made such delicious food and was so kind. We look forward to trying the burgers that are coming soon. We'll be back for sure!
