We swung by for a quick lunch today and were treated to freshly prepared, delicious food! The Vada Pav was exceptionally flavorful - hands down the best I've had! While it's a bit steep at $4 for a single serving, the quality makes it worth trying. Masala Tea and Dabeli was tasty as well. Overall good service and great place for Vegan/ Vegetarian/Jain/Swaminarayan food options!

Overall I give this 4 stars.. the atmosphere isn't winning any awards. It's kinda sticky and just meh. But, if you're there for the food, you'll find some gems.
We really enjoyed the dabeli and vada pav – those were solid! The thali itself was a mixed bag. The 4 subzis were all pretty average. But the poori and farsan were surprisingly good.
Basically, go for the snacks and farsan, skip the ambience expectations, and you'll probably leave happy enough.

Food was great and just like home cooking! I loved it. One thali was enough for 2 people. I would definitely go again. The tables were a little shaky though so please work on that.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this incredible restaurant, and it was an unforgettable experience! The taste of the food was absolutely amazing – a true treat for anyone who loves authentic Gujarati cuisine. Each dish was packed with traditional flavors, and you could tell that everything was made fresh with great care and attention to detail.
What truly sets this place apart, though, is the warmth and humility of the owner, Sachin Shah. He goes above and beyond to ensure every guest feels welcome and at home. His passion for serving authentic, high-quality food shines through in every aspect of the dining experience.
If you’re looking for a place that offers not just delicious food but also a heartfelt connection to Gujarati culture, this is it. Highly recommended!

Lot of options but barely anything fresh. Waste of money.

Food was terrible for the price and everything tasted super sweet. I don't know what the owner's issue is but he also had very bad attitude. When I went to try and pay for the meal he was too busy on the phone playing some stupid game.
Also, Spanish people were cooking Indian food... how would Spanish people know Indian food taste lol... I heard the owner saying, "uno roti"...
This has to be some kind of sick joke...
The fact that the owner has the audacity to argue with others in the reviews just goes to show what kind of service you are likely to receive.
Good luck to anyone who still wants to go and eat here after seeing all the review.
Not sure how this place has a 4.5+ star rating but my experience was terrible. If I could I would give this place 0 stars.

Food was terrible and the wait time is ridiculous.
Everything tasted very sweet and ambience is also very unwelcoming.
Ordered gujarati thali - dal and curries were so sweet, i thought i was eating curry dessert. It had no salt and no taste to it.
Owner should be put in jail for charging $17.99 for food like this. Icing on the cake is Spanish people are cooking Indian food.
I don’t know what other people ordered to leave such positive reviews but it was certainly not my experience.
Rotis and thepla were definitely fresh. This is the only good part about this restaurant.

The food was a hit with all our guests! We received numerous compliments on the flavors and presentation. The Bombay sandwiches and Dabelis were perfectly spiced and felt like an authentic taste of Mumbai. The Chilli Paneer had just the right balance of heat and flavor, and the Hakka noodles were a crowd-pleaser, especially among the kids.
For the main course, the Paneer Nu Shak was rich and creamy, pairing beautifully with the soft and flavorful Garlic Naan. The Biryani was aromatic and well-seasoned, and the Gulab Jamun provided the perfect sweet finish to the meal.
We couldn’t have been happier with the food and the service. Vaishnav Thali truly made my son’s birthday special. Highly recommend them for any occasion!
Thank you, Vaishnav Thali, for the wonderful meal!

We ordered Gujarati Thalis for 45 people as Catering and the food was delicious. Everything was well packed and fresh and so tasty. The quantity of the food was generous. Sachin bhai was very accommodating and patient with the entire process. Will definitely be ordering food from here and highly recommend this place!!

The gujarathi and khatiyawadi thali were good. The freshly made rotis were very flavorful and felt authentic. There was no onion and no garlic in any of the dishes. Samosa was also good. Punjabi thali curries could have been better.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this place. I ordered food and had to wait a shocking 2.5 hours for it. When I politely enquired about the delay, the staff member rudely responded, "If you can wait, fine. If not, you can leave." I was stunned by her lack of professionalism, but what happened next was even worse. She walked into the kitchen and made a loud, rude comment about me—intentionally ensuring I could hear it.
When I confronted her about this disrespectful behavior, she unapologetically told me that despite the long delay, I would have to wait however long it took, regardless. At that point, another staff member, an older lady, came out and started justifying the delay by saying they were working on larger orders for over 10 hours. I understand being busy, but there's no excuse for treating customers so poorly.
Instead of offering to cancel my order if they were busy or even apologizing for the delay, the staff acted bizarrely unprofessional. It was a shocking display of rudeness and complete disregard for customer service. I would never return to this establishment
