Ordered 3 bagels online, received a confirmation text, in progress text and a pick up text. Only receive two of the three. Went back and was told they canceled and refunded a bagel because they didn’t have what I ordered. Was told I was sent a text. I didn’t receive a text about a cancellation or refund. When I mentioned that this was the second time I had an issue with an order from them I was told “ buy your bagels somewhere else”. Very professional response, I will purchase bagels else where and will also check my PayPal account to assure I was refunded the 13.00.

The women who work there are miserable. One accused me of writing a bad review, it wasn’t me! But, here I am because she was so rude, nasty and petty. She kept arguing with me. I don’t have time to write reviews 😂😂😂 But made time for this one!! Do not go here if you’re looking for happy people, clean atmosphere or good food!!!!

Don’t recommend going to this location. Owner has a terrible attitude (lady with Karen bob). They don’t pick up the phone to place orders and the food quality has not been good since they've changed owners. Manchester All Star Bagel is way better!

Went there today around 9:30am everything was mostly empty. I asked if they had more bagels coming out and the lady there gave me an attitude and said this all we have. I left and went to Manhattan Bagel in Toms River on Rt.37 and it was a pleasure. They had every bagel available and excellent service.

Can't give stars for food that I never ordered because I walked in asked the lady who was obviously annoyed to be working there was no one there asked her if they had gluten-free bagels no she seemed like she was offended that I asked her that I was going to order four additional non -Gluten Free sandwiches but she lost out on that $40.00.

we placed an online order and drove 25 minutes to get it said we could pick up from 1-1:30 and we got there at 1:15 the whole place was empty and two people were shutting the doors as we walked up ? they close at 2pm

The plain bagels I ordered looked like bialys. I had to microwave a little before eating. I went when they first took over and that experience went terrible. Going yesterday with an attitude of it has to be better now………. I won’t go back

I used to go to this place and it was jumping. So I figured I’d try it again. I knew something was wrong when there were no cars in the lot and no customers in the store. When I entered only one counter person. The store was cold and the bagels looked small and not what they used to be. I got 6 for a cost of $8! More expensive than Manhattan bagel. The cinnamon bagel hardly any flavor and it tasted more like a cake than bagel. Shame, this was a good bagel place to stop. Maybe they’ll turn it around.
