Went in was waiting for service just now and 2 people looked at me didn't say anything or come over and just walked to the back I know they saw me so the 2 people working obviously don't want to do their job fire them I just wanted a coffee while my boss was getting gas and you can't acknowledge someone standing there so please the people working at 1:35 on December 10th get rid of them and my boss even said same thing has happened to him there so obviously this dunkin hires the wrong people and should close down so people don't get their hopes up and either walk out like I did or stand there forever or hire people who want to work worst dunkin around

I am giving this 1 star because I arrived at 7:57 and sat at the window for 3 minutes and my order was not taken. Customers orders shall be taken until 8 if the store is said to close at 8, that was so unprofessional.

This store is my regular Dunkin, so I visit a few times a week. The staff are always friendly, and they always have my drinks ready. Most of the usual morning staff recognize my name, and greet me warmly. I've done their job, and they do theirs well!

Can't leave a food review because I didn’t even get a chance to order. I have NEVER left a review for an eatery before, but this place deserves all the bad reviews it can get! Two employees, over 7 minutes waiting without even being acknowledged.
They saw me and I would have been ok if they said “be right with you” or “ sorry sir, drive thru is backed up”, but nope, let me stand there like an idiot, while they complained amongst themselves about a customer in the drive thru.
The place itself was disheveled, and hardly any selection in the donut shelves.
This place will not be patronized by me or my family.

My drink is good the reason I'm only giving 3 stars is what I was hearing the staff complain about a customer who come back because their drink wasn't right. The customer ordered a frozen hot chocolate and they couldn't taste the chocolate like they didn't put enough in. The staff member complained very loudly that she put plenty of chocolate in the drink. Obviously they didn't put enough in because if they did I don't think the customer would complain. The other issue my friend had to go to the bathroom and they had no toilet paper. It was 12:25 pm that is ridiculous. There is 3 girls working there you mean to tell me that they don't have to go to the bathroom ever?

Went to this location this morning for breakfast. The food was cold. The english muffin was super hard and the cheese wrapper was left on the cheese. Just disgusting!!!

Your Churro donut was absolutely wack, it was so bland and crunchy. It basically tasted like an old fashioned that was left out for weeks and then fed to me by my senile grandma who has no sense of how long things can last left out. It was tried among 3 of my fellow colleagues who all said “blegh” which is awful. Do better Dunkin on your specialty donuts. The service and environment made up for the horrendous donut experience. Thank the Lord I don’t live here so I don’t have to try this again.

One of the worst Dunkin' Donut locations I've ever seen, on multiple visits they have almost no Donuts. Donuts are in your name!!! Make some donuts!!!

Every single time I come here there’s something wrong with my order. Legit every time. The snackin bacon is supposed to be warm and have flavor on, they serve two half pieces of cold bacon with no flavor for almost $4. Don’t even bother trying to order something and make a modification they’ll still put that topping or flavor you didn’t want.

I always have a bad experience at THIS location. Drive thru line takes forever even when the line is not long. It took 20 minutes to get through the drive thru line, with only 3 cars in front of me. Girl in drive thru is always rude not friendly and just hands you your order. I ordered snacking bacon and it was basically raw I tossed it. Needless to say I will not go back to this location even though it’s the best for my work commute.
