I received a breakfast sandwich with hair stuck in the bacon, when I called the location they told me "I was lying" and there was "Nothing they could do about it". I asked if they could remake it if I brought it in and showed the hair. They continued telling me after seeing it that I put the hair in the sandwich. When I started it came like that and I would just want a new sandwich they began yelling at me and being very unprofessional. As I was walking out the lady at the cashier decided to continue telling me I put the hair in the sandwich. They were very rude, very unprofessional, very nasty attitude and atmosphere. I WILL NOT BE BACK AND I DON'T RECOMMEND !!!!!!

I just left there whoever is working up front on the cashier is rude. I know people are not obligated to speak but don't be rude to my child and me. I miss this place back in 2014 cause they had wonderful people working here now they rude and customer service sucks. Do not recommend to Anyone to go here

Been goin there for years went in today was told they have a new cook. That cook is terrible got home with multiple sandwiches and hash browns weren’t cooked and were an oily mess and the sandwiches were either burnt to point we couldn’t eat them or not cooked enough so everything ended up in the garbage

the fried chicken was fresh and flavorful. The gentleman that cooked it was friendly and accommodating. I ate the food before I remembered to take a pic

When I see Boars Head at a deli, I pretty much know what to expect when I get a sandwich. But the ham on the (overpriced) sandwich I got here tasted like it'd been soaking in a spoiled onion brine. My body physically would not let me eat it as if it were poison. Take that logo OFFA EVERYTHING Lucky 7 smh I'm telling Boars Head on yall ??

Lucky 7, you have been a local legend for a long, long time, but we need to address the elephant in the room. Your refrigeration system has been broken for too long. The refrigerated section along the back wall can't be a single degree below +65F. It's warmer in the refrigerated section than it is in the store. You can't store milk inside of a broken refrigerator. Someone is going to get seriously ill buying something from the refrigerated section.
