The manager Nicole was rude to me over a lukewarm sandwich. She was also rude to her staff. She needs to remember this is not good when your working with the public. I will never go here again. She was yelling at a staff member and saying poor things about her I heard what she said I just left....poor for business and poor management skills...
I just happened to hear about the exceedingly gracious and kind manner with which your staff treated a special little girl who’s Mom took her through your drive-up for a special 4th birthday treat today. You not only made her day with your birthday wishes and kind words, all of us who heard her story are so pleased to know that the McDonald’s on Rt. 70 is such an asset to our neighborhood and treats its customers with big smiles and good wishes.
