All the food is very delicious, they make the best jerky in Lakewood, I really like the Deli roll. The owner is very attentive, the kitchen is recommended for events and to bring food.

Let me start by saying I wish I could have given them a full 5 stars because they ROCKED the day of our wedding 5/7/22. During the typical mingling after everyone ate the first comment from our guest was that the food was amazing! Even before they said congratulations, lol. From the App's to the dinner everyone was floored at how everything was cooked so perfectly especially the ribeye's. Believe this even the vegan bell pepper dish received rave reviews. I don't have a single picture of the food because it was all gone so fast. The staff was so attentive to us we actually got to eat and it was hot. Our drinks were always full. I was originally against the open bar but when it was a bonus with our package, I am very happy we had it. I did find out closer to the wedding that Cutting Edge does offer other services had we known we would have utilized them more. The more one vendor can do the easier it is, my biggest recommendation. The reason for only 4 stars was due to the communication in the weeks prior to the wedding. In the beginning everything was great communicating with Jeremy but we also did book over a year before. Unfortunately in the weeks prior we communicated through another employee that did make things more stressful than they needed to be. We would have appreciated more professionalism and organization in those communications. Other than those hiccups the food and service the day of was amazing and I would highly recommend.

This caterer was recommended to me by someone on Facebook. I am so glad they are the vendor we chose. Chad was a dream to work with. Food was delicious delivery was on point and there were so many choices. Plenty of food and we sent to go containers with several of our guests. Give them a call for your catering needs!!!!

I am a traveling tour manager and I highly recommend Cutting Edge Catering for any size event. They were great to work with in emails leading up to the event and their staff was on time and very helpful on site. The food was delicious and their menus were right on target with my budget.

We used Cutting Edge Catering for our wedding in February of 2022 and couldn't be happier. They did EVERYTHING in their power to make sure the day was perfect and we'll be forever grateful. We ran into sooo many hiccups with everything throughout the planning process (planning from out of state during a pandemic), but not with Cutting Edge! They were always ready to jump in and help whenever we needed them and we felt really lucky to have them on our team. The appetizers were awesome and dinner was delicious. We had guests telling us how good the food was all night! The staff made sure we had a drink in our hands at all times and actually got to eat our meal. They recommended some of our other vendors (and COMPLETELY) saved the day. Jeremy had a ton of recommendations and were thrilled. Not only was the food great, the staff on it, and the drinks strong -- they were also super affordable. I met with at least 20 caterers and they rose above the rest without a doubt (on all fronts). Highly recommend for your wedding! Would choose them again without question.

I did a Memorial Service for my father in Oswego. We had close to seventy people. I also had secured a bartender through them. Their delivery was on time. Food was Great! Drinks were great! Everything was really wonderful. I'm already securing the again for another event. I even had a restaurant owner as well as a cook at the event and they complimented the food as well. Cutting Edge catered my daughter's wedding last Saturday and helped us with a backyard BBQ for a smaller crowd the next day. Their staff went above and beyond to make both events wonderful, organized, and stress-free for us. I got to focus on being Mother-of-the-Bride and the hostess instead of spending all of my time in the kitchen. And, best of all, everything was delicious! We chose Cutting Edge for our Holiday Party and everyone was very happy with the results. The food was full of flavor and presented nicely. The chicken sliders were, by far, the best passed app that they had. The charcuterie was perfect. Our two hot stations, tacos and pasta, hit the spot. In addition to the food, their bar with 2 specialty cocktails was perfect. All in all, great staff and service, great quality food, and a great partner to work with.

Jeremy and his team did an amazing job at our wedding even though our wedding venue manager was an absolute horror to work with (Castle in the Forest). His team took care of us in the up most professional way. They hosted us for an AMAZING tasting and made it easy and straightforward to have the packages we needed at the venue we selected. The day of our wedding the staff was on point, ensuring our guests were taken care of pre ceremony, during cocktail hour, and the reception. All of our friends were commenting to us about just how good the food was! The whole event went off without a hitch and we didn't even need to *think* about catering/bartending at all. Jeremy's team cleaned up after the wedding and I swear it looked like they weren't even there. He even managed the table / chair rental and setup and break down of the ceremony area. Seriously, if you need a great caterer that is just going to deliver an amazing experience for your wedding/event you need to call Jermey and have him take care of everything.
