Remarkably horrible. I think the main issue I have here is getting my order correct. I've gotten to the point of repeating myself several times, but even that fails. I haven't tried writing things down yet as my orders are so very simple.

Pretty much pick and choose when they close everyday no set times
The guy that works here needs to be retrained on how to make drinks. Every time I’ve gone here he fills the cup all the way up with ice. I have tried explaining that I want it filled to the ice line and MEASURED, he does not understand. He doesnt give the right amount of syrups either and he doesn’t measure anything.Today I tried telling him that my drink is not anything like the picture and he yelled at me. I just had a patient that said “they have a Dunkin here?” And I said “yeah, but between me and you he doesn’t know how to make the drinks” and one of the nurses said “yeah he makes the worst drinks!”Nobody who actually works here that I’ve met enjoys their drinks from this Dunkin. It’s the unsuspecting patients who give them business and the staff when we are desperate enough to try again hoping this time it will be different only to be let down once more.
Today is Friday and we have maybe two weeks to go before we qualify for General Assistance; after receiving the medical treatment we need we always stop by the Dunkin Donuts here in Monmouth medical center, Lakewood NJ. It's like love in a cup

Was there in June and November 2019 for surgery. Dr John Gorechlad did both procedures. He was fantastic. The 5th floor staff was outstanding. I have nothing but high praise for everyone.

Infusion Department. I go 3 out of 4 weeks for chemo. Been going for almost 2 years. Great nurses. Friendly atmosphere.
