Coffee was definitely not fresh, they drizzle a little bit of glaze on the top of the donut. I usually love Dunkin donuts and this is the only location that just doesn't taste good

The server who claimed his name was ‘David’ was arrogant and unprofessional to us during the drive thru and DD needs to review him as he has zero customer service and needs trained on how to speak to customers. A real discredit to Dunkin Donuts.
Busy, but fast service. Clean sitting area and restrooms. Friendly staff. All sandwiches are made with vegetarian option. Food is always fresh and drinks well made. Go here all the time no issues ever.

The workers gave me iced coffee and I literally had to fight with them that I would like a regular coffee. I told them they need to specify when putting in the order with the customer as I didn’t know coffee automatically means iced. The fact that I had to fight with the workers and the manager was ridiculous. I had ordered a bunch of things and it was no sweat to switch it when it was not a clear purchase. They switched the coffee in the end but lost a whole lot more .
