I ordered an itea they gave me black cold coffee instead and also another time i ordered two vanilla donuts and they didnt give it to me and i have to go inside the store and get them

Ordered on DoorDash and Store called me to tell me they are a kosher location and only offer vegetarian meats. DoorDash menu says otherwise. Very strange I called Dunkin’ Donuts corporate and it wasn’t approved by them so not sure what’s going on at this location, but I’m disappointed.

Went their on sat. Morning oct.19. Got breakfast & donuts. The girl that was at the front counter that waited on me deserves a raise. She was very efficient and professional. I just didn't get her name. Very courteous.

My husband picked up a few donuts the other day, plain ones and they had a disagreeable taste, almost as if they had been dusted with cumin instead of cinnamon. We just threw them away but I thought to mention this in case there is a health risk.

I got my app order always. 5 mins later o go drive thur. My app voice to order "hi, I'm deaf. My name is timmie... Always I ordered it. Then pull to pick up drive thur then I show to her. She said no no no sorry.... I said why? Try again to read my order by app dount dunkin always. She said oh okay then get food without pepsi. Few sec she forget give you pepsi.
Why not communicate by app pick up or drive thur always order and easy and no question or complain. Shame it

After waiting 5 minutes to be acknowledged, I received iced tea instead of cold brew. My husband brought my drink back in and they gave me iced tea again.
This is one of my favorite Dunkin’ Donuts. They do such a great job and they are always so sweet and kind. Never did they ever mess up my order or have an attitude. When I can go to them, I will. Thanks guys you guys are the best.
