This is my 25 assorted munchkins that I ordered to bring over someone’s house. I don’t know how anyone could have handed this mess over to me and make me pay for it. They are stale and definitely not a mix of all the munchkins she said they had. If you order from here make sure you look at it before you leave the drive thru. And the Americano that I ordered tasted burnt. I couldn’t even drink it. I have never left a bad review before but I wanted to make sure someone else doesn’t waste their money. I did go back after I wrote this review and they did return my money with no issues.

I always order a Almond milk hot Latte with Carmel. Unfortunately the latte has no froth to it, which was disappointing. Tasted good though!

It supposed to close at 8 at they locked there doors at 7 and the girl was just sitting in there on her phone when I went around to the drive through area I will never go back again

This is not the first time they mess up my order got 3 of the Sobrina Brown sugar Shakin Espresso as you can see right away they are different in color, as in taste to only one was right the other two had no sugar or any taste hope the manager start doing something about the employee not going back any soon

I tried calling 3 days in a row ever since I went one hour prior to closing time and nobody let us in, despite open. Nobody answered. Several customers were there outside just as annboyed. Why is this place not answering or opening doors when it's supposed to be open. I went for ice cream.
Went to this Dunkin the other day with my boyfriend and his sister to get some drinks and donuts and the service was ehh, only because we had ordered off the kiosk 2 strawberry dragon fruit refreshers with green tea but they were made with lemonade instead, and then we had to ask the lady for our donuts to be given to us and when we tried to ask the lady for them she tried to ignore us at first.

This is definitely one of the slowest Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. Every time I go there it is always the longest wait time no matter how many cars. Not sure if they dont have enough help or the workers are just really slow but I have been to several others all over and never wait this long even when real busy. Unfortunately its the closest one to my house. I ordered a toasted bagel this morning and it was so gross had to toss it. There is no way this was fresh! It had to be leftovers bc it was so hard and tasted a day or 2 old for sure. Sometimes the munchkins taste like leftovers. Be careful ordering food as it definitely does not always taste fresh and dont go if you are in a rush.

I go to this Dunkin a lot and everytime it’s something, and not good. They don’t listen to you when you tell them your order, food is wrong or messed up and the drinks aren’t made right. The afternoon crew is the worst. They do a lot of talking and fooling around but don’t listen or do their job right at all. I’ve had bugs in my drinks before, food wrong even when I repeat it back to them 3+ times. I honestly don’t understand what’s so hard about their job. They wouldn’t last an hour at my job with the amount of mess ups. I hate leaving bad reviews and I’ve reframed a bunch of times but enough is enough. I hope this reaches the manager in charge because this is getting ridiculous. Do better. Pay attention. Learn to do your job right because the real world is going to swallow you whole.
