We were shocked by the appalling service. Despite that there was no waiting time to order, we waited over an hour to be served, watching as over 10 customers who ordered after us received their food before us.
Each time we politely inquired about the status of our order, the staff provided lame excuses, assuring us it would be "out soon." However, the minutes ticked by, and our patience wore thin. Eventually after waiting for over an hour they finally got our food out.
The lack of communication, organization, and attention to customer needs was staggering. It's unacceptable to leave customers waiting for such an extended period, especially when others who ordered later are being served promptly.

Yesterday I got schnitzel and it was very bad not sure if it wasn't fresh or just overcooked I get that it's very expensive because it's kosher but at least make it good and don't kill my 🐔 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yummy fresh food. The service from the kiosk was unbelievable no attitude at all. Huge menu, if your indecisive good luck! I love getting the crispy schnitzel in a laffa and they cut the laffa in half if you want so you can eat like a mentch. They toast the baguettes like your supposed to. Not sure if they still give free Cholent with your order on Thursday nights but used to love going for that.
