Ice cream was great but it took a while to get it even though no one was waiting besides me. Also the seating was really dirty
Made half our order wrong and then when it was corrected, there was half the amount of custard than the first time which was not at all worth $7 each.
1500 calories but good
Waited 30 min for a dumb Italian ice and ice cream ppl got there stuff in 60 seconds,we asked the employees multiple times and got no where,this place used to be functional GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION

I recently went with my family and I must say, that we were very happy with our orders. Our server, (I 99.9% sure her name was Nelsy) was very happy and nice. I got strawberry and sour patch water ice. It was all very delicious.

Its filthy at this location. There are horrible employees with no concern for customers. No one is trained. They dont even know what flavors they have. It smells like a bathroom extremely bad in here as if they use toilet water to mop the floor. I've been waiting 15 min for a large cone with sprinkles and I'm nauseous from the smell. I'm not sure how an establishment can run like this with no repercussions. It's just not right. Especially when charging $7 for a small cone.
