I don't remember giving a bad review in a few years. What is there to say, everything is sticky and dirty.The place is not cheap to begin with yet charges almost a dollar per topping.It's not like the ice cream is even good to begin with. Do not recommend.

I had tons of fun with one of my nieces and nephews. I am from Chicago I was incredibly excited to go to one that was cholov yisrael (a very high kosher standard).

I had a bad time today with one employee she was really rude i paid almost 2 box for more custard , and she gave me nothing, when I asked for more she said she needed charge me more, the other girl told her to give me more custard , but she spilled all over my cup, the girl with glasses fixed and said sorry, is not correct, Rita’s need more good employees like the girl with glasses

Really nice ritas good selection service is great with nice people behind the counter they are quick to take your order and someone will fill it, this place can get pretty packed with school kids so i would avoid those hours if you can i would recommend this ritas location for good selection of flavors and good service

I ordered through the kiosk and added toppings to my sundae, somehow the employee making my order didn't get it on their end,I asked them for the toppings after I received my order and they made a whole ordeal about toppings that I ordered and are included as part of the sundae, even asking me to pay for it, in the end they supplied me with the toppings after making me uncomfortable about something that I paid for
