Rt. 70 diner is a nice little diner spot. Stopped in for breakfast on a work trip with some coworkers and we all enjoyed it. Nothing really special about the place but all around good meal and good service. Kind of odd decor with the open ceiling but I do like the open kitchen concept. I got the eggs Benedict that had spinach and tomatoes and bacon crumbles on top which tastes very fresh and was a nice spin on eggs Benedict.

Great specials every week , to add to full menu. Generous helpings of fresh fruit atop of a perfect waffle for me but eggs are done to a "T" and cheesy dishes or Mexican cuisine is wonderful! One waitress out of 4 isn't there to make friends but others fine.

Small dining area, which makes it extremely noisy. Service was poor. The server appeared to be annoyed that she had to wait on us because she didn't want to be working on this particular day. A smile goes a long way but not from this server. The food was ok. The soup was full of corn starch, which makes it thick and tasteless. First and last time for us at the Rt 70 diner. Do not recommend it!
