Walked in 50 minutes before closing to just grab a quick dinner. Asked for a table and they denied me and my one friend because “they were closing in 50 minutes “ how ridiculous lol. Never been to a restaurant where they deny almost an hour before they close and mind you they had no one there.

Food was ok but they say it was puerto rican food and it was not. We still wanted to try something but were really disappointed when we got the check and were charged for asking for an extra plate. I ordered a churrasco and my wife just wanted a taste of it, the waitress never mentioned there was a charge just for a clean plate. We will not be back.

The truth is that they have very bad service, the waitress makes faces at you and the food takes a long time.

I would have liked to give it half a star but it is not possible, it is a terrible service, the attention is terrible, they should use happy face masks to avoid showing their hatred towards people
There is not a single day that the people who serve this place are friendly, not even a little bit. (Owners, children and I believe even granddaughter of owners) They are lucky that people continue to come to spend their money and receive mediocre treatment from them. And there are many people who have the same opinion. Maybe they can give them a customer service course and be more polite when dealing with the public.
Be very careful when paying as they charge you for things that shouldn't be... apart from that the service is terrible

We ordered some pupusas, because I wasn't hungry, the lady who served us was apparently surprised by asking for just that,😲and so when I asked her for a couple of additional cutlery so I could try, the pupusas because I have never eaten them!! ! He made a poor face, they don't have money👁️👁️👁️how ugly to judge!!!
The food was disgusting, I ordered a stewed chicken and they gave me the leftover
