Terrible service and the only one around. I have to literally go over my receipt and bags every time because they make mistakes. Every. Single. Time. The only thing that saves them is everyone working is so nice and friendly but they are severely undertrained.

The people working there seem friendly, but definitely don't listen to a word of your order. They hear what they want and give you whatever is already made.. it's aggravating because they'll never miss an opportunity to charge you extra for anything specific that you order, but then they give you whatever is already made.. I don't get it. They even go as far to print out the specifics that you ordered and put the sticker on the wrapper.. but when you open it, none of the specifics are included..
Sick of getting charged twice the price for a regular burger, just to get none of the things I order.
This literally happens 9 out of the 10 times I come here..

Ordered a double cheeseburger no cheese, wrapper says it, open it has Cheese!! Happens a lot. Other morning tried to order sausage egg McMuffin, and ice tea. Guy cut me off didn't hear tea part. Got a muffin and sausage patty only! No egg. I know their busy in morning but listen. And they tend to go to first line more. I was on second line and they took 3 from the first line who came after me. đĄ

Three of us went in to eat at 1:30 we each had a sandwich, a french fry and a drink, and it took them 20 minutes to get our food ready and then when it was ready, it was just sitting there on a cart waiting for someone to bring it to us Unbelievable fast food is not fast food anymore.

Not only did it take 3 of us standing their for anyone to notice us, but finally when someone said something to us, they said âwe will be right with you,â then waiting another 5-7 minutes before helping anyone. I ordered through the kiosk luckily, and I ordered a medium fry and a medium sweet tea. After about 10 minutes, my order was called and I was told they were waiting on the sweet tea, except I didnât get sweet tea, I got normal unsweetened tea. Youâre better off going 5 minutes down the road to bayville.
The food isn't bad but the service is terrible. I called on the phone to ask a question and they purposely weren't responding. The lady said I have your number and will call the police on you. They ignored my call and my friends call. What's the point of having a phone number to call if they just ignore the phone calls. I didn't order even.

This is honestly one of the worst McDonald's you could go to. I don't even have a specific bad experience that I'm pointing to right now, just overall throughout history this has got to be one of the worst McDonald's there is. I would rather drive 30 minutes out of my way and go to a different McDonald's then to go to this one. If I had to choose between only going to this McDonald's or not eating McDonald's for 10 years, then I would not be eating McDonald's for 10 years
