Honestly l will never give this place another dollar of our hard earned money ever again. Extremely poor customer service all around. Female Manager from lacey store was extremely rude. We Had other issues & complaints with food, service & online ordering / phone ordering. One prime example is that they deliberately ignore your calls when trying to place an order & or just shut the phones off with no automatic message or alert to their customers on the expectations that they’re busy and that they will not take phone or online orders. The phone just rings or says my call cannot go through. When I went to store to get my food, the manager said I should of known better and to come into the store to place my order. It was stated they’re to busy and can’t be bothered with the phones. Then I tried to speak to manager about the service being slow & how it was impossible it is to get in touch with them when placing a order either by phone or online, she proceeded to talk down to me & embarrass me in front of multiple customers in the store who also were waiting. She was nasty & stated obviously we are really busy & if you wanted our food so bad you should have come into the store to place order. When I spoke to the owner, he was super condescending & disrespectful as the manager in lacey. He Told me that if I had a problem I should be taking it up with the managers because him as a owner doesn’t have time or wants to deal with these type phone complaints. They also tried to accuse me for trying to get free food. I wasn’t trying to get free food, I was trying to see if they would provide some sort of compensation for the disrespect and major inconvenience of horrible service. Plus the food was cold, I asked for extra Avocado and didn’t get extra but was charged for it and the food was super bland. I tried to explain this to The owner who was extremely argumentative with me on the phone & didn’t take any accountability for their actions. The only thing he said was that they’re working on getting a automated message to advise their customers about how to order. Regardless I’m not one to make reviews and or complain but this was needed to be said. If anyone wants to know more I’d gladly go into more detail on how I was treated / spoken too. There’s more to this story & also our food was over cooked. The nacho fries I ordered were Mushy and tasted like dirt. When this was brought up to them they were argumentative and defensive. There’s many more taco businesses around & I’ll gladly support them over this place. Very appalled on their professionalism and customer service. Check out their reviews on google & other reputable websites… many others have similar complaints. Owner writes nasty messages back to them as well. That’s really bad business. Taco”tasticc”- deserves 0 stars & there isn’t anything fantastic about this place at all. I’m all about support small local businesses but this place doesn’t deserve any of that.

I’ve ordered these fish tacos before and they were good. Saturday night 4/12/25 absolutely horrible. Dry over fried seemed left over. Seems like they were cooked for another order that wasn’t picked up. So they passed it on to me. I called and spoke to a lady named Pablino. She defended her position and said I would have to return them and they would do it again. Sorry no time for that. They basically said I was wrong they were right and she hung up after I said that a bad review was to follow. This is bad business. I’ve been there before and have recommended them. Now no way will I go there and all my recommendations will be negative and don’t ever try this place. It actually seems like it’s another failing business in town. Definitely seems like so many of these businesses nowadays just don’t care about the customer.
Anyway don’t waste your time or money. They just don’t care !!!!

The worst Mexican food I’ve ever had. The service also was horrible and they give a discount if you do everything on a kiosk so this way, you don’t have to talk to them at all. The chicken had zero taste to it. The taco shell had zero taste to it and even the sour cream had zero taste. They had no olives relatively nothing for a taco and that’s the name of the business taco tastic. Worst taco I’ve ever had. I’ll never be back.

Order from a screen, the food was very good. Portions are large, 3 tacos and a beef empanada filled me up. Had to take the other 2 empandanas rice and beans Togo.
The habanero sauce was very good

I recently visited Taco-Tastic in Lacey, NJ, with my niece and mother after hearing great things, and overall, it was a good experience!

The artwork inside is super cool and adds a beautiful Cultural unique touch to the dining atmosphere. Plus, the touchscreen ordering system is a huge convenience!
However, I did feel a bit rushed by the girl taking orders, even though it wasn’t busy at the time. A little more patience would have made the experience even better.
My Niece’s Customized Burrito: She was thrilled! Starting at $17 (with slight increases for add-ons), the burrito was massive—I added a photo for size reference. The ingredients were fresh, the flavors were amazing, and she had plenty left over to take home. Definitely a hit!
My Mother’s Campesino Tacos: She enjoyed them but found the jalapeño ratio overwhelming—there were just too many! I included a photo showing how many she removed. While it didn’t affect the amount of chicken or other ingredients, it’s definitely something to be aware of. A little warning ⚠️ about the heat would be helpful (ha ha).
My Americano Tacos: These were delicious! I added sour cream, lettuce, and pico de gallo, and the flavors were spot on. They were super filling, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

We also ordered chips and guacamole, which were fresh and tasty, along with two regular drinks and a $5 hibiscus drink. Unfortunately, the hibiscus drink was a letdown. As someone who makes this drink at home, I could immediately tell it was from a big batch stored in the refrigerator—it had that stale, “fridge” taste. For $5, it should be freshly made, not pre-poured from the back.

Despite the hiccup with the drink and a slightly rushed ordering experience, Taco-Tastic impressed us with its fresh ingredients, generous portions, and great flavors. The unique artwork and convenience of the touchscreen system are added bonuses. I’d definitely return (just skipping the hibiscus next time).

I recommend checking it out for genuine tacos 🌮!

This place has gone down hill. Today I ordered a Mexican bowl with Al Pastor, what I received was not that. My bowl was missing lettuce and guacamole, they added some kind of vegetables, and there was no pineapple in the Al Pastor.
My husband also got a Mexican bowl with shrimp. The shrimp wasn’t cooked, no lettuce or guacamole either. Extremely unsatisfying and a waste of $40.

By far the worst “Mexican” food I’ve ever had. I ordered “steak” fajitas and was expecting juicy strips of steak and instead I got the most dried up pieces of ground beef you could ever imagine that looked like they’ve been sitting on the bottom of a pan all day. If I could give ZERO stars I would and also I would recommend nothing on the menu.

Good tacos but I have to call out the scummy tip and service fee (hidden in with the tax) practices built into their little computer ordering kiosk. Sad to see good businesses fall into this trash

INFLATION GOUGING at its best, TINS NOT INCLUDED.ordered 12 tacos yesterday for a party today ,followed there protocol gave them a deposit, called back this morning and added 8 more, fine I won’t go into detail on how long it took to get the order right, she kept saying 27 I kept reminding her 20,this is just one of the things that went on,I do understand the way employees and kids are today, but I get a call two minutes before I get there and was told I have to pay $13.50 more for tins,I questioned why they said too much aluminum, which I did ask to be wrapped individually as I was taking to a party and didn’t want them squashed ,and they were pretty big last time .I had 2 separate conversations about the tins and not a problem.when I got there the manager gets on the phone and said 42 tins a lot of money,I reminded him 20 tacos, back and forth he says give me $5.00 more, was this a flea market?this is terrible bussiness, and I got my deposit back. Look out for TONYS TACOS in the Lanoka mall ,I won’t gouge people, and I will incorporate tins into my plan.

I have heard decent things, but ordered for the first time yesterday for lunch. Got some quesadillas, empanadas, and so on. All of us have been incredible sick since yesterday, heard a friend of a friend also got food poisoning from there this past friday. Definitely do not recommend since it seems to be a reoccurring thing.

The people who work there are so polite. Our food was tremendous, and the portions are generous. Whether you're basking in the atmosphere and dining in or ordering for takeout, you won't be disappointed! Highly recommend ?
