I purchased a gift card on their website for my mother which they would not honor. I attempted to call two days in a row for a manager to resolve this issue only to get told both times that one was not there and I would have to keep calling back. I have never ever heard of a restaurant that operates without the supervision of a manager during a shift….who handles food and guest issues during service, who collects servers credit card slips and cash after the shift. With purchasing a service I shouldn’t have to chase after a manager to help with an issue on their end. Both times the person who answered the phone didn’t even offer to take my contact information so someone can get back to me nor could they tell me when a manager would be available. We are now disputing this charge with our credit card company. Add to it my mother has been coming here for years and now has said she won’t be returning after being turned away with the gift card confirmation email yesterday and the fact that no one can readily assist with this matter.

An amazing bar with a great atmosphere and service! Always went on karaoke nights and while the place was packed it was still a great and fun atmosphere with friendly people and staff. On nights where it is very busy in the summer, you can still step outside to enjoy your drinks and grab a table to get a snack if you're not into crowds. The food is also great. Looking forward to going back this summer!

We enjoyed our lunch...shared soft shell crab tacos and a cup of soup each. The perfect light lunch. Our server, Kevin, was terrific!
SERVICE WAS OUTSTANDING WITH LORI WAITING ON US. I start with this because that woman must have been born with a smile and service was impeccable.
Food entrée ( seafood pie) was Fantastic. Appetizer of clams casino was really flavorful.
Ambience was above average.
Prices were spot on.
Did I say Lori was just perfect?

I loved this restaurant, have great memories, but last night I went there with a group of moms and daughters, (all of drinking age). We came with a local family, one of whom just had foot surgely. We asked for a chair for her. ‘No’ it would get in the way of the servers’ it was away from the servers. We asked for a table, ‘no’ only for dinner customers. We said we would pay for food they said ‘no’ no table for French fry ordering ‘club people’. We are in plaid shirts , 60-65 yr old moms with 25-35yr old daughters. If you are handicap or just a normal group of girls going there on a night it’s not crowded, don’t go here. Not sure when to go because the front staff treat paying customers like pieces of dirt on the bottom on their shoes. Hopefully your time is better than ours. Not a girls hang out.

This is a place usually near and dear to my heart and fan favorite. However, tonight my friends and family came for drinks and were extremely disappointed. Someone in our party needed a seat due to a recent leg surgery. While the wait staff would not accommodate a seat at the bar for her, patrons were equally unwilling to support. When the party wanted to sit for food, they began to borderline interrogate the intentions of our ordering, insisting that we would not be ordering an appropriate amount of food. The hostesses were rude and cold. I do not understand how an establishment with a great reputation has employees that seem to know little to nothing about working in the service industry and accomodating paying customers. Utterly disappointed.
