Training matters. Napkins matter. One scoop means one scoop. Going to this DQ feels like psychological warfare. Oversized ice creams handed to small kids with zero napkins, zero awareness, and an implied “just deal with it.”
Apparently, napkins are too precious to part with — so bring your own. Better yet, bring your own ice cream. My kids and I won’t be back.

This was an expensive trip for small ice cream cones. The gentleman, owner, was not very friendly with his customers, and the parking area needed a good 🧹. Suggestion.... take pride and be more sociable with your customers.

I was so disappear When I ordered a "Pina Colada Jubilee"It was the worst drink I've ever had never again I should have known when the girl said they didn't make them when there a huge sign on the window about them ...I should have took it as a sign not to get it !!!

The people at Dairy Queen are very nice but I had to pay extra for the large but I realized it is the same exact size but there just saying it’s a large but it is the same size as a medium ice cream and the large is more expensive .Dissopointing but there very nice .

I had a hair in my ice cream and the young girl was annoyed and rude when I asked for a new ice cream. I will never go there again. I can spend my money anywhere and it clearly will not be there!
