They do something here that I’ve never seen at any other ice cream spot. Instead of standing behind the glass and ordering one ice cream at a time, they take your entire order at a register first. You can put your entire order in and wait in their lobby while your ice cream is scooped and bagged behind the scenes. This method is 100 times better than the typical way of ordering ice cream and I recommend more places do this. I’ve never seen a line here because of this method and I will continue to come here because of it.

I’ve given this parlor several tries over various points of the summer, various times. The soft serve is wet, watery. My initial assumption was a refrigeration issue, perhaps a supply issue, demand higher than what can be produced. It’s been consistently wet and watery from the first bite, regardless whether it’s in a cone or cup, wet slop..

I recently visited Ice Berg, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The selection of flavors was impressive, offering a mix of classic favorites and unique creations that you won’t find anywhere else. I opted for their signature Mango Ice Cream , and it was creamy, rich, and perfectly balanced in taste. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, helping me navigate their extensive menu with ease( Their name were Sienna and Bella and Mia) The ambiance of the shop was cozy and inviting, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a sweet treat. I highly recommend Ice Berg to anyone craving top-notch ice cream and a delightful.

Our favorite ice cream on the island. My wife loves the cookie dough. My son loves the strawberry cheesecake. My daughter loves the rainbow Italian ice. We also recommend the moose tracks, mocha chip, mint oreo, and s'mores. If you prefer soft serve, you won't be disappointed. My only request is that they bring back the key lime pie ice cream; that was my favorite.
