Tried to call in our order 6x over 10 minutes, line busy, get to the shop and no customers to be seen. Bread was stale. Where is the meat? Forgot to add jalapeño. Also, is there a shortage of oil and vinegar that I don't know about? I'm local and won't return here, I don't recommend.
Local of Lavallette and a frequent customer until today. I was in the store waiting for my food while the manager and his employees were talking about a previous customer. They went on to talk about how the customer was ‘definitely autistic’ and continued to make fun of the individual for the next few minutes. Completely disgusted by this behavior and as a local business owner I am in disbelief that a manager would initiate a conversation like that and continue it with his employees. I did ask to speak with him, at first it was denied and he did apologize after. Something like this is inexcusable in my opinion.

I ordered a bowl (deconstructed sub) and the lettuce they put in my bowl was brown and slimy. It wasn’t just a couple pieces, it was the whole thing. I was really disappointed. My kids’ subs had the same gross lettuce on it too.
Made everything in my order completely wrong. Ordered 2 buffalo chicken cheese steak. Paid extra for additional meat, which was $4 dollars each bowl and they couldn’t even do that either. 33 dollars for two embarrassing lunches. Extremely Pathetic and not the first time with lavalette jersey mikes either. They also don’t have a working phone number either. Completely useless.
I go to this store once a year because they give all the money to charity. The one day I go and they screw my sub up by forgetting the bacon. See you next March. Dozens of better, cheaper subs within 1 sq. mile.
Still one of the best for tasty sandwiches made fresh and quickly - exactly to your liking.

Was craving a jersey mikes sub after seeing their numerous commercials guaranteeing freshness. Well.... epic fail. Ordered a whole tuna and provolone sub. 11 am in the morning and the roll was either day old or more. Tuna was very watery and had a bad flavor and lettuce was mildly wilting/ browning. The tomatoes looked good and girl making sandwich had a good attitude. Lets just say I can go a few more years before I get stupid again and return to a Jersey Mikes, especially this one in Lavalette. For those craving a GOOD sandwich, white oak market on rt 35 in Seaside Park has fresh bread daily from a Newark bakery, and won't be $22 for a sandwich I can eat myself.Jersey Mikes, you're one of the reasons I take my lunch from home everyday. Thanks for reminding me to keep doing that!!

Gentleman behind the counter was top notch. Requested that he put condiments on the side. He did so with no issues. Great guy!

All roll and no meat at this Jersey Mike's. Try another Jersey Mike's or find another sub shop before you go to Lavallette. Very disappointed!! $18 for Giant sub and ridiculous how little meat was on the sandwich. I guess all the money is going into the TV ads and not the product.

As resident of lavallette we go to point Beach if we want a sub! Lavallette needs retraining, guess they think everyone is a "benny"!
Parking: Park here walk to Lenny 's!
I will start with a positive - we order from this location for years every day when we vacation in Lava and are always happy with the cold subs/bowls. I’m GF and do not care for the thawed Udi’s bread so I always get a bowl. Pictured is the “big kahuna” Philly cheese. There was maybe 2oz of meat, 1 small piece of red pepper, no onion and a mountain of jalapeños with some cheese. The biggest disappointment and waste of money. The worst part is I’m still hungry. I do not recommend a hot sub (we ordered two others that also left a lot to be desired).

I went to this Jersey Mikes to get a #6 roast beef sandwich and a chocolate chip cookie. The staff are super friendly and work hard. The sandwiches are also delicious, and so are the cookies. It can get pretty busy in the summer. Tons of people inside and outside the restaurant. They have inside and outside seating, but it is usually occupied. I also noticed the workspace was a bit busy of all of the different kinds of toppings. The preparation counter should always be clean in my opinion. However, this is understandable to due to the amount of customers they receive. I ordered on the app, which I recommend to avoid the long line. My order ended up being amazing. Overall, the food and staff here are great. The staff are kind, hard-working, and attentive. It is easy to access from the beach. The sandwiches are made tasty and efficiently. Overall, I would recommend this Jersey Mike’s based on my experience. However, it can get busy a lot during the summer. There is a parking lot in front, but you may end up parking on the street since it is small and usually filled up.
