Very disappointed. Got a Sub because of 9.11 donation. Over priced and nothing good about it. Skimpy. Will not be back

Been coming to this location for years and usually they are very good except for today. I walked in and was the ONLY person in the store and the girl with braces working was extremely rude. She asked what I wanted for each sub but she completely ignored it and added toppings and sauces that I didn’t ask for. Then she ignored me when I attempted to correct her. Genuinely bad service from her.

The driest tuna sub I have ever had. Were you low on mayo or something? $18+ for a terrible sandwich. Will be asking for a refund in the morning. Based on this I will avoid this location in the future.

Been coming here for years and it was always good. Ordered 2 subs for almost $40 this weekend and have to say they have really gone downhill. Beyond skimpy. Sorry Jersey Mike's were done with you.

I ordered a turkey and cheese sub with no tomato. Not only did it come with tomato, there was 1 singular slice of turkey on the sub and 1 singular slice of cheese. This was the worst sub I’ve ever had in my 31 years living in New Jersey and this place does not deserve any business ever again

I don’t usually leave reviews, but Jersey Mike’s was so perfect I have to share. The staff here genuinely cares — friendly, helpful, and always going the extra mile.

They accommodate guests in every way possible, making sure orders are exactly how you want them. They even offer free water without you having to ask — it’s those little touches that show they actually value customers.

The place runs like clockwork — fast service, clear communication, and an atmosphere that makes you feel welcome the second you walk in. I’ve been to many sandwich shops, and this is by far the most professional, well-run crew I’ve ever seen. Five stars all the way — you should definitely come.

I’m done with Jersey Mikes Lava. I simply asked for a BLT with provolone cheese, and turkey. These people looked at me like I had five heads. I added two things to a normal, basic BLT…. One of the employees made fun of my order with the other employee in front of my face. I will never go back there again.

I have been going to Jersey Mike’s for years ….in Lavallette and many other locations . Tonight was the worse …..the service was terrible, the outside tables were filthy and the bathroom was disgusting. I have been to other locations many times but I have to say this was the pits.
Please do better because I do love getting food from your establishment.

I am in shock. Not by the food or the inside of the store but by the rudeness experienced inside that place. I will never go back. These people were the worse to work with and they were honestly the worst employees I have ever experienced in my life. 40 years btw! Hopefully these type of employees stay in jersey mikes because I will not be coming back. Torta in the front got to go.

I ordered a hot sub around 1. Made a comment to please not put cheese on it. Was waiting for an hour and when I finally got it. To my great disappointment there was not only a ton of cheese. But it was also the wrong order completely. I simply can not understand how something this drastic happens regularly with this location.

Service was impolite and rude, bread was stale and hardly any roast beef was on the sandwich, we have been purchasing from your store every summer and we were never so disappointed,!

I have been to different Jersey Mike's in various states, and I love that they are consistent in how they make their subs. I'm a fan of the #11. Go, Jersey Mike's!!
