ok I LOVE MEGS GRILL!!!!! GO THERE !!!! so many reasons why. I am not from Lavallette, and it has that "hidden gem" feel to it. It's small, but in a way that makes it feel "homey". Spending a lot of my summer in Lavallette, I can confidently say there is no better breakfast place than Meg's :-)
Once you're seated, the staff is quick to come greet you. They get you set up with coffee, water, tea, etc. and then come back to check on you to take your order. The menu has everything you could ask for in terms of breakfast. Your simple eggs and toast, pancakes, all the way up to fun sandwiches and wraps. They're also very accommodating towards vegetarians. As someone who does not really eat meat, I was able to get any of the sandwiches without meat. I've never been told "no" to a sub/accommodation i've asked for. And for what it's worth, I've tried ALL of the sandwiches :-). SO GOOD!!

Megs grill went above and beyond for my daughter’s allergies, they brought packages out to confirm with us. The food and atmosphere were also wonderful. They provide chalk for the kids to draw on the ground with!
