The best pancakes hands down. Great service from super friendly staff, with great prices. Love this place and will always make a point to come here for breakfast when down at the shore.

Great food, big menu, and super friendly staff! The recent renovations look fantastic—really freshened up the place. I highly recommend the lasagna soup and clam chowder, both are absolutely delicious. Always a great experience at Patti’s!

Really great food with a bright cheerful atmosphere. The waitress was very nice. Took down one star because she never checked back after food delivery (ran out of water). She could have been very busy in another section, probably more of a 1/2 star deduction.
