Outstanding, service was wonderful, food was magnificent. It was a great choice, all of our guests enjoyed their meals., truly five stars experience.
We always have a wonderful meal at Acacia! We love the calamari , the oysters ($1 on Wed. night) the steak and salmon. Delicious salads-always so fresh! Make sure to try the warm coffee cake with vanilla ice cream for dessert. It is made to order and sharable! Give Acacia a try... you will not be disappointed!
We had lovely evening. The food was flavorful and the wait staff was cheerful and attentive
A friend and I had a late lunch/early dinner this past Thursday. After another pair of diners had left, the restaurant was empty except for us. The atmosphere is serene and airy, with white walls and a few large modern paintings. Dark wood flooring beneath. The food was very good, and our waiter was superb, attending to us even as we stayed past 3 hours (my friend and I had a lot of catching up to do!) Remember to “BYOB.” They provided an ice bucket to keep my wine cool.
Outstanding dining on their oyster extravaganza Wednesdays! I enjoyed sampling several types of northeastern oysters that were well-chose for a contrast in texture and saltiness. Perfect starter for a main course such as the lump crab cakes.
We had a fabulous experience at Acacia. Each course of our dinner was truly delicious. I was so glad I decided to get the swordfish special. It was phenomenal!
Oysters were fresh and delicious. Soft shell crab was cooked perfectly. Our friend thought the crab cake had too much breading but she said she'll order something else next time.
We and our 2 guests found Acacia delightful. Food, service, ambience, and portions were excellent. Our server ( a young gentleman) was attentive to our needs without having to ask. We will highly recommend to others, and plan repeat visits in the future. Our friends also expressed this same review.
the food was absolutely delicious as always. being gluten free, the crispy calamari is a treat since it is battered with rice flour. the salads are wonderful and the weekends bring many specials. i would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who is a foodie and loves good food. we have been going there for many years and for good reason.
The lamb shank was dried out. The soft-shell crab and the fish were big hits! The waitress worked with the kitchen staff to prepare a salt-free meal for one person in our party who was on a restricted diet. She was superb.

I really enjoyed my meal at Acacia on Thursday night. The calamari appetizer was so delicious. I never tasted anything like that before. Such a unique twist on a menu staple. No other calamari's will compare to it. My entree was the Blackened Mahi Mahi. It was done to perfection. Coconut rice was delicious as was the mango salsa. Fish was not dry but nice and moist. My only issue with Acacia and the reason we will not return was the noise level. I would not describe it as energetic but instead it was down right rude. The 3 large tables separated from the rest of the diners by a folding screen was not enough to contain the obnoxious level of noise. It ruined our dining experience and was the reason we did not stay for dessert. Some people don't know how to behave outside of their home and this was the case. Someone from the staff should have said something to them. But of course nowadays nobody wants to insult someone and risk them not returning. From the facial expressions of the diners in our area they were all annoyed. Too bad because we enjoyed the food but won't return.
We enjoyed a lovely Mother's Day celebration-it was a beautiful day to dine on the patio. As always, the food was delicious & Hermes provided excellent service!
Excellent evening. Great choice of food. Service was exceptional. Well worth spending a great night
We had lunch during Lawrenceville Restaurant Week. My husband's chicken wrap was great and my pappardelle was great! 'We both enjoyed the pear salad. The raspberry was fantastic!
Food was delicious and service was great! Very nice selection of food. We will return soon!
