Manager was rude.
My daughter and I ordered almond pretzels as we were leaving the mall . They were old and dry . I called auntie's from my car and the manager told me that every 45 minutes the old ones are trashed . He got really nasty with me and was pretty much like oh well deal with it ...

The confetti nuggets were pretty good. And good, fast service.
Has gotten a lot pricier over time, but the food is always great.
Poor customer service
Quality is inconsistent one time I went and got jalapeno pretzel with tons of jalapenos in it like a barely eat it and the next time I got like 2 little pieces of jalapeno. Also there's always a wait even if there's not that many people in line and the service is not that friendly
Had the mini pretzel dogs downstairs at the mall. Burnt at the bottom raw on the inside. How do you make that happen is beyond me but they were terrible. Don’t order that here. Other pretzels were ok.
Yummy ?

Rude staff. We asked for water they said they don't give water. The servings now are small size only with the same price for a large one. I felt robbed.I would not recommend to buy there.
Teenager was tired of being here so she was kind of flat and dry when I asked her questionif I can get extra cinnamon sugarnoDo you have a fork or wet wipes for hands.no
So slow customer service, and that’s always like that .I have been here so many times
They should choose another material. for the delivery of this food.. everything is filled with oil and grease
Went to the mall for my birthday. Was looking forward to a free birthday pretzel and drink from the Auntie Anne’s and Cinnabon cafe, which is owned by the same person. Was told they don’t accept the free birthday coupons because of COVID-19. What does that even mean?? So I can stand in line and pay for a pretzel and Covid is not a problem. But if I try to redeem my birthday treats, it’s a no go. Very disappointed and the owner/manager was very rude. 0/5. Will not return
