Our waiter was John and he was great! The food and prices were great too! If you get cake for dessert, ask if they can warm it up! It’s to die for!!
My sister and I came here for lunch about a week ago. Almost immediately we noticed our servers vibe was off. Not only did she pull a chair up and sit down to complain about her other tables, she then sat IN THE BOOTH next to my sister looking at her about 5 inches from her face to take our order. She had zero knowledge of the menu, and brought all of our food (appetizer, soup, salad, entrees) out at the same time. We thought it was strange but it was fine because we were hungry and the food tasted good. She told us we had to pay and leave before 3pm because that’s when her shift ended and she wanted to make sure she got our tip. After we paid, we walked around the mall, and didn’t use our credit cards again. About 30 minutes after leaving the restaurant we both got fraud alerts on our phones for our credit card numbers being stolen. The ONLY place our cards were used that whole day was at Brio. The stolen charges on our cards were at the same time, for the same exact amount, and same vendor (cell phone bill). So not only was our experience terrible, we also had our credit card numbers obviously written down and tried to be used for a cell phone bill. We noticed this, and came back to the restaurant where we spoke to the manager. At first, it seemed like she didn’t care. We then realized that she was just shocked and speechless. We were told we would get a call from someone, and gave the manager our phone numbers, but it’s been a week and we haven’t received any phone calls. It’s a little upsetting because there were other customers I’m sure this happened to who may not have realized their card numbers were stolen. Sucks because the food was pretty good, but we of course won’t be back.
Met up with some friends of mine whom I hadn't seen in a while. One of them stated that they were hungry and did we want to go out and grab something to eat. I certainly was, but not being from the area, I had no suggestions. One of the ladies mentioned Brio and how she really enjoyed the place, so we went. The restaurant was very crowded but we were seated immediately. I ordered the lobster bisque (which was delish!!!) and a wedge salad (which was fantastic!!!) Great food, great ambience with great friends. I don't drink alcohol but from what my friends relayed to me, the drinks weren't that good.?
Only a few tables had customers. Definitely a slower Sunday 5:30 PM. Our waitress was very lax and didn't seem to be interested in waiting on us. We could see our food sitting under the heat lamp for quite a while before she would retrieve it and bring it to us. The manager appeared to be interviewing new work applicants at a table next to us. Brio's corporate should stop on by and see how badly this restaurant is being run.
The food was great, it's a very nice restaurant. The server was attentive and prices were not bad. I'm glad we found this place, will likely be back! The creme brûlée was awesome!
Brio QuakerBridge is always my go to for all kinds of occasions. The restaurant has a 2 story ceiling together with the decor, made it really enjoyable to dine in. From hostess who greeted us and helped us to have a table ready and seated us to our waiter, everything is good. Food is pretty always good.
Brio was such a disappointment. The food wasn't good. We barely ate anything, besides the bread. There was one person in the kitchen preparing the food, and one server, who was also the bar tender. There were at least 10 tables with customers. I feel bad for the two persons who we're working there. We will never eat at Brio again.
This was our first visit in a very long time. The place was rather empty but we took an outside table under an overhang...great choice as there was a rain storm. Excellent service by Emily. We were disappointed that our favorite appetizer of shrimp and eggplant was unavailable but shifted to the mixed bruschettas and were very pleased. The portion was 6 pieces so plenty for 2 of us. We split the Caesar salad and then a serving of lasagna. We ate everything rather than go home with left overs. A pleasant evening.
Loved this place. We went out for an impromptu Tuesday family dinner to this place and we really enjoyed the whole experience. We didn’t even know this place existed but while driving around at Quaker bridge mall, we happen to see the beautiful outdoor seating with edison lights and umbrellas though we didn’t sit outside. The place was not crowded, we had our choice of a booth and then we were greeted by a lovely server. We ordered and shared starters, which were, caprese, calamari, and the lamb chops and they were all very good. Watch out for the garlic aioli with the calamari though, the garlic is super STRONG.We followed that up with two salmon salads for the adults and two spaghetti Bolognese for our boys. Really delish. And wrapped up the night with shared desserts of warm chocolate cake with vanilla gelato and tiramisu. We really enjoyed the entire experience. I Highly recommend Brio and if we are in the area again, will stop in.They seem to offer brunch on Sundays and we may try Brio for Brunch in the future.
Brio is one of our favorite "go to" restaurants in the area! It offers a wide variety of Mediterranean/Italian cuisine served to absolute perfection every time. Two thumbs way up for Brio!

Conveniently Located in the quaker bridge mall area. Friendly staff with great happy hour menu items in the bar area that are competitively priced including appetizers and cocktails
Undercooked Grilled Chicken Marsala that was pink inside. Made the person sick with food poisoning. Also the Grilled chicken Marsala had no sauce or mushrooms on it. Which in the comments/requests asked for Extra sauce Please.
Though it was hectic for Mother's Day. We had a reservation and were seated fairly quick. Our server Jenna was great she was fast ,efficient and really pleasant for how busy it was. Everyone enjoyed their meal. 1st time visiting but will definitely be back.
