Cheesecake Factory Reviews
The chicken was so over cooked it was rubber. This is a dish I’ve had many times before. I got brown rice that was either under cooked or way over cooked. It was crunchy and not edible. The appetizers and food came out at the same time. The table was not clean and the little light in the booth was down right filthy. The only thing nice I have to say is the server was friendly. I’ve been here a lot in the past. This place has gone downhill .

The Cheesecake Factory is a restaurant that meets expectations with a consistent menu and similar bar across locations. One notable feature is the Gaudi-inspired decor in the Chicago branch on Michigan Avenue and the Hancock building. While the service could be improved, particularly with ordering times, the dining experience is generally fine. The staff has been described as friendly, with some servers receiving high praise for their attentive service. For instance, Kaitlyn was noted for ensuring guests were happy and satisfied, while James was accommodating during the meal.
The appetizers and cheesecake are particularly delicious, making it a favorite for some. The food is beautifully presented and full of flavor, with standout dishes like the nachos and the Cinnabon cheesecake. However, there are mixed reviews about other meals, such as the fettuccine alfredo, which some found bland. The atmosphere is warm and stylish, suitable for both casual meals and special occasions. The restaurant can get crowded, with waits of up to 45 minutes, but once seated, orders come out quickly and are hot and tasty. It may not be a common travel destination for all, and there seems to be some confusion over whether the Chicago location is Dali or Gaudi-inspired.
