Ordered for take out and it was the worse thing I ever tasted

Plates were cleared promptly.

Kaitlyn our server was really amazing! She always made sure we were happy and satisfied with everything. This is the best service we’ve had. She definitely deserves a raise and to be employee of the month because if not I’m never coming back.

I had the fettuccine alfredo and it was sort of bland in my opinion. However, the nachos were amazing and our server James was accommodating. I also had the cinnabon cheese cake and that was good as well.

So I ordered shepherd's pie from here a few weeks ago and it was so full of grease it was like soup at the bottom of the tray! They hadn't drained the fat after browning the meat; needless to say I had to throw the whole thing out! Management was really cool and sent me a gift card. So I tried again today decided to not take a chance with the same meal lol! The carbonara was okay and I ordered the avocado toast appetizer as I did last time. True fail! The bread was so soggy soaked with vinegar and oil, the avocado was dark green so clearly the air had gotten to it again I had to just throw it away! I think I'm pretty much done with this location.

Waiter was a bit unpolished. Came for Avocado rolls and was told they were all out, yet my salad and casadilla came with avocado. Still one of my favs just a bit disappointed.

POOR MANAGEMENT DISGUSTING FOOD OLD FOOD AND TERRIBLE SERICE.
My fiancé and I went here for lunch. We had the nachos and the pizza. We waited an hour to get the food and when we got it the pizza tasted so old and not good that we didn’t even eat it and the waitress shrugged when we told her that it wasn’t good. The guacamole was BLACK and OLD on the nachos.after eating here we felt sick to our stomachs and have been throwing up ever since. My fiancé called to tell them and we requested to have a refund and he said sorry can’t do that *richard the manager* I will be disputing this charge on my bank and this place should be reported to the BBB and health services because that was absolutely terrible.

I wanted to give a review on a specific manager. I believe his name is Rich and we spoke on 8/12/25 regarding a previous issue with a DoorDash delivery. It was not resolved by previous managers. He worked with me to receive credit and additionally provided some extras as an apology. I order weekly bc I am dealing with serious medical issues and don’t want to cook. I really needed a nice experience with resolving the issue and he made my day! 😀
