Server was great. Food was good. Drinks were expensive and watered down. $18 for a Cosmo that was mostly cranberry juice. Same cost for an old fashioned with little bourbon.
I got bad food poisoning from this place!! And when I say bad I mean it was BADD!! Food tasted great going down but not coming out.. I got the thai chicken lettuce wraps, a coconut mojito, and a chocolate cherry ghardelli cheesecake.
I was going to not send a review because of not wanting to be bothered with a review. Then I thought of the lack of food in the sandwich that need to be known.I was so disappointed of the grilled chicken alvocado grill CLUB SANDWICH with fries for 22.00. A club is a sandwich that is stacked with layers not a sandwich. The word club need to be removed it should state it’s an sandwich. Even the meat in the sandwich was thin not a stack according to the photo on the menu. I wished I took a photo to confirm it to you before I sent this review..My Mother’s Day gift card was wasted.I was just so surprise because cheesecake was one of my favorite restuarant
Chicken had weird texture, service a little slow, never got bread
I asked for appetizers fried calamary I never get it I had to call her to give mi check she never can to us y say something..bad service
The service felt rushed for a Thursday evening.
Great food! Service was subpar but I get it theyre super busy and it was mothers day. Atmosphere is atrocious, they need better lighting.
Listen, I ain't one to complain unless it's really warranted, but this Cheesecake Factory, Fuhgeddaboudit. We had a decent waiter, nice enough guy, but the way the kitchen was run? Total mess. First off, they brought out the kids’ meals like 30 minutes before anyone else's food started comin’ out. Like—why would we want the kids eatin’ and done before the adults even get their plates? What do ya think happens next? They get bored, they start climbin' the booth, askin’ a million questions, botherin' us while we’re still waitin’. Then, when the food finally does start arrivin’, everyone at the table gets their meals except me and one other person. We had to sit there like schmucks for another 20 minutes waitin’ for two freakin’ sandwiches. Sandwiches! Not steak, not seafood towers—sandwiches. And when they finally did come? No fries. Nope. Those took another 5 minutes. So now I’m eatin' cold fries while everyone else is already finished and askin’ for the check. Shoulda just told 'em to box mine up and save us the aggravation. I've been to Cheesecake Factories all over the country—Vegas, Chicago, Florida—you name it. Always been solid. But this location? Worst one yet. Not comin’ back here again.
Great food, great atmosphere and awesome service. Great place to celebrate special occasions.
Always a good time in Cheesecake Factory! Got the carbonara with chicken and chicken Madeira. Everything was so delicious and yummy. Staff was friendly but took 20 minutes to order our food. Definitely coming back tho!

I’ve dined in at Cheesecake many times so I honestly didn’t expect anything to go south as every other time I go there, food is as usual, drinks are good. Nothing to complain. That is until I’ve gone to this location.
So I ordered the skinny chopped salad and my friend ordered the same thing but she wanted her chicken to be crispy. Waitress said NP. Some time had gone by and she brought out the 2 salads. At the time, I was still picking at my app so I wasn’t paying attention to the salad. Until my friend looked at it and said “wait I thought you ordered chicken with yours” I looked down at the salad and it was missing the chicken. I thought maybe they pre sliced it and had it mixed with the salad. So I took my fork and swirl around in the salad looking for my chicken. It wasn’t there.
I flagged down a different server to call for our server since I haven’t seen her. And this male waiter said “are you sure it’s not there?” I said no and showed him. He looked for our waitress and she came by. Our waitress looked at the salad and again said “check the bottom of the salad, sometimes the chef puts it at the bottom” I showed her the bottom of the bowl and there was no chicken. At this point I was kinda annoyed because first of all, why would the chicken be at the bottom of the salad. And second of all, I told and showed the previous male waiter that there was no chicken. So she said “I apologize and I’ll have the kitchen fix it”
She then took my bowl and returned it looking as pictured…with literally small scraps pieces of chicken meanwhile my friend got a whole chicken breast on top of her salad.
I was appalled because I’ve not once had any bad experiences with cheesecake. Not with the service, the food, or even the drinks. Safe to say I will not return to this specific location.
Great food...ill be back.
Went for the first time with my fiancé this weekend, it was my birthday dinner and anniversary dinner. Worst experience ever. The appetizers were good but waited over forty minutes and when the food finally came the burger was raw in the middle and the waiter even tried arguing with me that the burger wasn’t raw in the middle as I have the burger meat in my hand he said “yep that’s medium rare like you asked”, last time I cheeked medium rare isn’t raw and I wasn’t going to get sick to prove his “point”. Asked it to be redone and sent in a box, ate it two days later and as I bite into it, whole entire bottom of the burger burnt almost like it was done on purpose. Don’t go here save your money, was not worth $100 at all. The only good part was the cheesecake which I also ended up bringing home from this experience. I hate writing reviews like this I’ve never had to for a restaurant but this was genuinely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant.
Absolutely the best food I've had at any restaurant ever. Friendly and attentive staff. Highly recommend.
We’ve been to the Cheesecake Factory at Quaker bridge mall many times and our experience here is always pleasant. Predictable food, good service and we generally have a good time. This time we went on a Friday evening and everything about our dinner was disappointing. Really slow service. They just forgot 2 of the 5 dishes we ordered. They forgot our appetizers too. The cheesecake we ordered didn’t come for 20 mins till we reminded the server of our order.
Very disappointing service. Will think twice before going to this Cheesecake Factory. 😣
Never expected
