I will never go back to this restaurant . My French Fries were cold, the chicken was like rubber and the whole facility was dirty. The tables were sticky and chipped and the whole place was disgusting.

This place has hit rock bottom. Sat for an hour before we got our appetizers. The server kept forgetting everything we ordered! The manager was kind and helpful, so not his fault. The waiter was probably the worst I’ve had in my 10-15 years of dining at restaurants. Would not recommend this place to anyone. It’s a shame because it used to be a great place.

No different from the expectation. The primary difference I've personally seen from any Cheesecake Factory is the Gaudi-inspired decor in Chicago (Michigan Avenue, Hancock building). Otherwise, same menu, similar bar, no surprises at all. I ate. I drank. I paid accordingly. Service could've been improved, but overall a fine dining experience.EDIT: I likely won't be returning. This is not a common travel destination for me. Also, I believe the Chicago location is Dali-inspired, not Gaudi-inspired. Both Dali and Gaudi have heavily influenced the same region in Spain. Maybe that's why I got them confused.

Ordered 2 IPA beers after calling the waiter 10 minutes later I asked is the beer coming . Answer was we are changing the beer keg . 5 minutes later I asked can I switch to some other beer. She just yelled on us I can't just switch beers so I walked out , she just kept staring with out even care to ask why are we leaving. Unfortunately this happend when the restaurant is not even busy.Good luck

Very disturbed at the service I received today. No need for an essay. Just stop hiring these homosexuals who want to be women but don’t respect them. There was no need for Eric, a younger Hispanic gay man to be giving me an attitude when I simply say I’m here to pick up my order. Just remember to be kind in life. That’s why you’re serving people for a living as I’m paying your bills by ordering the food. Sad!

UPDATE …..3/24HE IS A VERY POOR EXAMPLE OF A HOST !( We Thought Our Past Experience Was a Fluck But, This Guy Made Sure IT’S JUST WHAT THEY DO AROUND HERE ….. START OFF WRONG FOR STATERS ! BEING INCONSIDERATE AND SQUEEZE YOU INTO A SPOT NO BIGGER THAN TWO SAUCER SIZE TABLE, Then tell you it’s no larger tables for another 1 1/2 hour , when apparently there is .WHAT TO BE EXPECTED FROM A REGULAR OLE’ 1-STAR CHAIN RESTAURANT!THEY HAVE LOST THEIR PATRONIZING LUSTER OF PLEASING ONES PALATE!Overpriced Mediocrity Served Well .The Portions are Not Fulfilling, Nor that Of The Managers Concern . ( Not Once did he show Us that Our patronizing was Appreciated, by visiting our table). The waiter was apparent in his Condescending service. ( You shouldn’t ask a question with the answer ) “ How’s the meal , Good ?”Let the patron answer you. Or don’t ask.THE MEAL WAS MEDIOCRE!OUR EXPERIENCE WAS THAT AS PROMOTEDNON-SATIS-FACTORY…… such an appropriate name change would be applicable!

It was our first time and just to eat cheesecake. We had Caramelicious Cheesecake with Snickers omg how delicious ? worth every calorie, taste explosion in your mouth ? and the original cheesecake, which was ok but not great. Unfortunately, the service was so bad and rude that we will definitely never eat here again. A pity. Hope other branches are more polite.

Had a very bad experience at the Cheesecake Factory in the Quakerbridge Mall in Lawrenceville NJ. My wife and I sat for 10 minutes before the server came to help us. We ordered quickly and asked for waters first. She gave us the bread, but no water. After another 10 minutes we finally got our water, which would have been nice to drink with the bread. When I say that the waitress just did not seem to care, it is an understatement. This was a Monday night, 4/8/24, it was not busy, and after another 30 minutes we asked where our food was. We ordered 2 entrees and an appetizer. not once did our server come by to see if we needed anything, but since we had no food, I guess she was not interested. I believe she was also bartending, at an empty bar, I might add. We arrived at 6:15 PM, and by 7:15 we had to ask for the manager, because we were basically being treated like we were bothering her. when the manger arrived at the table, we told him we were leaving. We have been to many Cheesecake Factory restaurants and have never had such a bad experience. There is no way we will ever go back to this one and we will make sure we tell our friends to do the same. It is one thing to not get our order, but to be treated like we were a bother was very disheartening. It would be great if the employees there knew how to treat people with respect.

I was there on Thursday night and while it wasn’t packed (no wait), I felt bad for the employees since they seemed very understaffed. My suggestion is, get an appetizer as your “main meal” to save room for the amazing desserts!

We ordered a Korean cauliflower & and a veggie burger. Both tasted good except that they are a little bit oily. Service & atmosphere was great.

I would equate the food at the same level as diner food. Chicken balsamico was Luke warm at best. Asked for asparagus as vegetable and it was barely warm not more than 30 seconds after waiter left.Noise from the rest of the was surprisingly loud. I've been here before and it was never this loud. Had to really speak loud in order for them to hear me.
