Love the Cinnamon Bun here with the Sugar Coating, there 3 Sizes available and all are equally coated with Cinnamon. Love the Cinnamon flavour and it’s very soft inside.
The employees were very nice and quick!
The worst place to work at .they treat people like nothing they so strict.the manger Karla is lazy and the owner Ashish is very selfish and only cares about money .
Waited 8 min for bunns . Refused to sell them to me.
The lady to open was so nasty. I got there at 10am because that’s the time they open.I go to order and I’m told they open at 1030. Okay well that’s annoying but I drove 25 mins out for a Cinnabon I guess I have no choice but to wait. 1030 I go back.. a new lady is there I ask for a Cinnabon she said she just got there. She was downstairs covering for someone else so she has nothing. It’ll be 20 mins for a Cinnabon. I tell her I was just told 30 mins and I waited the 30 mins she tells me “well there’s nothing she can do” with such a nasty attitude. Now because I already waited the 30 mins I wait another 20 mins. 50 min wait time for a Cinnabon when the open for business time posted is 10am & I don’t get served until close to 11. It’s unacceptable. And the attitude was unnecessary. I haven’t had a Cinnabon for a while so this was a huge turn off. Then they have a digital screen that tells you about the rewards program so I signed up for it, come to find out they don’t participate in it.
This was such a horrible experience. The manager was extremely rude, which didn’t surprise me. I accompanied my friend to this location with our 6 week old and 11 month old children in tow. We wanted a dessert and decided on Cinnabon. My friend had a coupon for Auntie Anne’s, which is CONNECTED to the Cinnabon as they work collaboratively to sell their goods. The staff go between each business to help customers. My friend asked the cashier BEFORE ordering if she could use her $1 off reward for Auntie Anne’s at this Cinnabon, since they were a joint business. The cashier said yes and assured my friend that she could do so. My friend then opened the time sensitive reward coupon on her phone and presented it to the cashier. She then said “oh we don’t accept that here, you have to go to Auntie Anne’s”. SHE JUST ASKED IF SHE COULD USE IT AT CINNABON. The reward expired and my friend asked to speak to the manager. He came over and barely let my friend explain herself. I stood there in shock at how incredibly rude and condescending he was being. They could have chosen to honor the coupon and use it as a teachable moment for his juvenile employee on how to properly answer customer questions. Instead, he cut her off several times and condescendingly said Cinnabon and Auntie Anne’s were two different businesses……. Which was comical considering they eventually handed us our Cinnabons in AUNTIE ANNE’s bags. I’ll never spend another dollar of my money with them. The manager needs serious customer service training. Such a poor example for his staff. There should be a zero star rating, this business doesn’t deserve a single star. Do better, LISTEN to customers.

Always quick and friendly. Nice place to pick up cinnamon rolls.
Really good
I usually get a classic Cinnabon sometimes whenever I visit the mall. It's usually good. However, yesterday they made Cinnabon with less icing. They employee tried to offer me more icing and I said yes & he was about to charge me. I told him I wasn't going to pay extra for icing & I chose a Cinnabon with the most icing. They were trying to be clever. We shouldn't have to pay extra for icing just because they put too little icing on the Cinnabon. Some people might prefer less icing and some might prefer more icing. I just thought it was odd how they didn't put a normal amount of icing on the Cinnabon. Well I just thought I'd shared my recent experience. It's still good to eat, but I was just disappointed about the icing that makes it taste good.
Best Cinnabon ever
