The tire service department is the worst. Couldn't find.my tires after they were delivered ,wheel almost fell off because no one told me I had to GO BACK to get them tightened, and now 1-1/2 hour wait, with an appointment,for a tire rotation and no explanation or apology. I can't think of a positive thing to say about my experience with them. Will never buy tires from them again.
