Nobody wants to take orders. There are no employee here only one person who does not take orders from walk in customers. Please check the camera! When we asked what going on here. They were laughing at us. We are not the only customer that left today. The guy before us left as well because nobody wants to take our order. Never coming back here again. Please let the owner know that this is happening on her business

Ordered a sandwich with no egg. Any other Dunkin will replace the egg with protein. They refused and they charge more than the Dunkin literally 7 blocks away. Never coming back

horrible experience spend $18 on two drinks and some treats, their espresso machine was down so they couldnt make the drinks so i asked if they instead could make a refresher which doesnt require it, they refused, and then i asked for a refund and a guy working there had to call the manager in, assuming management is not present during work hours in the store, and i did not get the refund pr my drinks, not to include two separate occasions where their incompetent workers made my drink orders wrong and i had to ask them to remake it

The woman in the front was rude, they loss your food when they’re done. Very disrespectful. Now I see why the reviews are all bad. Will never come here again. And the lady in the front does not listen to orders being done. My order was wrong even after confirming my order.

As I walked in the door a gentleman was walking out with a frozen chocolate which was exactly what I was going inside to get. When I was finally able to get my order taken after about 10 minutes I asked the lady for a frozen hot chocolate and she proceeded to tell me that she couldn't make one because the machine was broken and the guy before me didn't get a frozen chocolate but the guy who walked out the door when I was walking in had one not only did she tell me the machine was broken she also told me that she doesn't have any chocolate mix and she can't make a frozen chocolate butt she obviously just made one, she obviously didn't want to do her job and she was not very nice either when I told her that I just watched the guy walk out the door with one that's when she told me that everything was broken and she was out of everything to make it along with not having any ice! But then proceeded to tell me she can make me a frozen coffee
