Two people worked on one order with two items and completely messed it up - the hot latte was as cold as ice and the bagel was wrong

I had a mix-up with the type of bread and politely requested to have it changed, but they refused to make the change — not helpful at all at this store. On top of that, the wrong item was cold, hard, and the service was terrible! Recommendation: look for other nearby Dunkin’ locations instead!

Food sucks. Spent $30 here and my grilled cheese was cold and cheese wasn’t melted, bread was soft and clearly not toast. Ordered 3 hash browns 2 were smushed and not cooked, they forgot the 3rd order. The people working there were so nice but they clearly can’t handle food well

By far the worse dunkin I’ve went to in recent years. On multiple occasions they’ve given me the wrong order or just flat out got my order wrong. I don’t know if they aren’t listening or they just flat out out dont care. Either way its absurd. I definitely am done trying with this dunkin.

I find it hard to believe how someone can screw up customer service/experience of such a large reputed franchise. We made some alterations to our order due to dietary restrictions and heard an employee/possibly owners family member saying that people of my kind (origin) always backup/delay orders. Upon confronting the manager/owner he didn’t seem to care much either as he never bothered to apologize. When I looked at the google reviews I wasn’t surprised to see soo many negative reviews. Hope Corporate Dunkin looks into this.

Waited 10 minutes for a person to emerge from the back. She takes care of 2 people in the window who came after me. Now she tells me that she is the only person working as if that's my fault??? I don't mind waiting, just be courteous enough to acknowledge I'm here and thank me for patiently waiting.

I went there last night 9/19/2024. Around 7:25-7:30 pm to pick up a mobile order i made and there was an very rude older lady closed door on my face made me walk to the drive thru and yelled at me saying to not come again at that time because they’re closing! Not fair need to educate more the employees ??
