First time today, and I definitely won't be my last. The owner and staff were very friendly and happy to answer all my questions. All clean ingredients and super fresh. When I changed my eating habits , it was hard to find anything I could find from a restaurant or out. This is amazing and delicious. Highly recommend

I don’t think I’ve ever felt so welcomed and inspired in any restaurant like I do in this one. The women at Lady and the Shallot have the most amazing energy. Something special about being in their presence. The food is so beautiful and fresh and it’s just something you crave and need right away!!!

Oh no! My tacos had almost no chickpeas, one was almost empty, and what was actually in there spilled out. On the positive, cute lettering of my name :). This place seems to have a super friendly energy, but my order of tacos was way off the mark. If there were a better way to protect the tacos I would love to try again.

OMG - ordered the Brekkie Box and started eating it when I had to take picture of it and the menu which describes it. It was so delicious ? I didn’t want bread so this was perfect! The Ladies working here were so helpful and nice - best quality & service. They are located in the Trenton Farmer’s Market and wish they had a separate location so that’s why only 4 stars for atmosphere. Highly recommend this place if you like Vegan food!

I love the food here. I'm not even a vegetarian and the food is damn good.The people are super nice, everything is very flavorful.However there are two problems.The hours are a mess. They really need to have an outside venue that's open at least five or six days a week.And lastly they seem to run out of a lot of ingredients only about halfway through the day.I wish the best to this place.
I love Lady and The Shallot and I'm not even Vegan. The Food is all super tasty, Love the Rainbow Tacos and Chili! Francesca and Kate are so nice. It's in Trenton Farmers Market so you can get great produce, coffee, tea, bread, etc while you wait. The seating area is comfy and inviting.
Vegetarian options: Everything is vegetarian and super delish. I love their versions of eggs etc. Idk what the sour cream they put on the chili is but its yummy.

The best lunch in Trenton!! Thank you for the delicious food and fully vegan menu. I had the special, a chili stuffed sweet potato with a side salad. The ladies behind the counter were delightful, happy we stopped in for the amazing vegan food at the Farmers Market!!

My husband and I ate here today and absolutely loved it! The service is fantastic and so is the food! I had The Breakfast Sammy, which was delicious, seasoned to perfection and very filling (I took some of it home). It's a cozy friendly place. Cheers to a vegan restaurant that's also healthy! We WILL be back! ????
