I have been this restaurant for many years since it opens. The food is great, fresh, clean and very good soup. Both spicy and non spicy soup bases are best at the area. I am from Taiwan. Here is the first place I go to eat when I come back.

The owner and waitresses all very nice and the best customer service at the area. They are very caring and make sure you enjoy all the dishes.

My children all adult now and live outside the area. They all three ask we come here to eat when they visit me. The food is best and owner and waitresses makes everyone feel like we are in the family. We have good time every time.

Best restaurant and best service at this area.

Avoid this location at all costs. This is not the hotpot experience you want. In fact, it gives hotpot a bad name. Overpriced menu, especially for limited and cheap cut meats and EXTREMELY POOR to non-existent customer service. Ironically, the staff who barely speaks or understands English when needing to serve customers expect a tip for doing absolutely nothing. Unprofessional establishment. Save yourself the money and headache and drive further into Edison or North Jersey for a true hotpot experience.

If only I could give this location a ZERO star rating. I've NEVER been to a hotpot location that charges per item/dish for sauces and one whose employees feel entitled to harass customers for a tip. There is a reason this establishment shut down and re-opened. Limited menu options, extremely poor service, and overall village like mentality and behavior. It's quite embarrassing. Have some shame and learn professionalism. You're better off going to the other restaurants in the area for the price you'll be charged here. Broth is bland, poor quality meats/seafood.
