First time comers and we were pleasantly surprised. We picked 3 soup bases, our favorite was the sukiyaki (similar to miso), 3 meats and some vegetables. The meal comes with ice cream. It was a one of a kind experience.
Amazing place and great staff- especially as their the head server Li Hong she is great- always helpful for recommendations and always shows you the way to have the dishes when in doubt.
Thus is my family's go to restaurant for birthdays, anniversaries, and welcoming friends and relatives to Princeton. Between the wagyu beef selections and healthy vegetable baskets (especially crown daisy), there is a favorite ingredient for anyone, and it's keto friendly too. Please enjoy a cosmopolitan experience in the lovely township of Lawrenceville at Liu's Hot Pot whenever you want!
