I arrived at 1:40pm and the door was locked. Some one was inside cleaning. I called, no one answered the phone. It just rang and rang.
Google says they close at 2pm. I guess this location runs the franchise how THEY want to run it.

I ordered a grilled cheese and had to run back to the store because it was way too burned, please see the pics. I even tried to have one bite and all I could taste was burned crumbles. I have grilled cheese so many times and it was never like this. However when I came back to the store, they kept insisting grilled cheese was always this burned. Is it healthy to eat burned bread??? Customer service was the worst. Moreover, I came here multiple times before and they never offered me a bag of chip and all of sudden they offered it to me today. Now I wonder if they knew they screw up and tried to make up for that. But still they did not want to make it right and just gave me back the money. Thanks for the 2 trips of nothing!

This is a good breakfast spot. I came here before my shift at my job this morning and the employees were helpful and the bagels I bought were good too. 4 stars because they have a TV but nothing plays on it so it seems a little awkward but otherwise a decent place.

Restaurant closes at 2. As they were cooking something on the grill, at 1:16, they inform me that they can't use the grill because they're closed. Wasted my lunch break for nothing.

I wanted to get breakfast before my interview so I stopped here. It's a cute place located in the Lawrenceville shopping center. So when I centered the restaurant I looked over the menu and waited for about 2 mins before I was even acknowledged. The woman behind the counter asked me what I wanted so I ordered a breakfast wrap with no egg, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, light on the cheese, turkey sausage and turkey bacon, with mayo. I also purchased a freshly made strawberry lemonade. After my purchase I went to my car and I ate my breakfast there, as you will see in the pictures below my wrap was very very dry. There was no mayo nor did I have cheese as I requested on my wrap, The turkey bacon was very hard ( the drink was absolutely delicious). As a foodie I would like to get what I paid for as would anyone who is a paying customer. I really don't like it when my order is not the way that I asked it to be. So with that being said, will I return to this place.... probably not. The order was very simple to get right and they failed to do that.

Tasted more Brioche ? than Bagel . The Jalapeño Cheddar was missing flavor of Jalapeño. The Rye had the flavor but the same ? like consistency. The winner is the packaging, which is outstanding. But for someone like me who knows NYC , it felt like I was being served sandwich buns. Please improve on the recipe for long-term sustainability. Even though the packaging is good, the product is the key.

Please update the correct hours , it says closing at 2pm but I just called and they said they're closing in 10 minutes at 1:30pm. It's a simple fix not that difficult to update the correct hours of operations

They make the best bagels and their bagel sandwiches are even better. We ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel with pork roll and fried egg. So delicious. Their orange juice was fresh and delicious.

Very disappointed me and my fiancé went to have some lunch order breakfasts ok the owner was sweeping the floor looked at us and didn't even moved very rude the girl burned my toast my hash brown then told us we had 20 minutes very horrible service food was good at all
Used to come here almost daily- the bagel toaster broke and they wont replace it. Stopped going
