Went to the drive thru to try and make a order. I sat at the speaker for almost 5mins thinking ok they're a little busy, I see others cars. So I'm thinking maybe the speaker isn't working, let me just pull to the window, a car behind me followed also. I get there and it's a male I'm assuming he was a manager. He explained that he was the person taking the orders, and that I basically lied about waiting at the speaker. He asked me what did I want to order, I told him my order. Then he had the nerve to tell me I had to go back around to the speaker.

This is a good McDonalds depending on the day. Certain employees are absolutely amazing but then others don't seem to care that much at all. And most of the time the food comes out hot and fresh but if you order extra salt they just throw it as packets in the bag and sometimes the food is kinda just warm but that is occasional depending on time and day. Overall a pretty good McDonalds especially since they seem to stay on top of promotions.

Barbara wooding did a great job with on showing me the bike and everything else on the bike.. things I didn’t know.!!!! Very thankful..even Craig the sales Rep… helped me and hare me feeling very comfortable with making my decision!!! Great team of people… God Bless and Stay Safe…😊

Rude service and will ask you the same question after you answer it 5 times. AND THEN WILL FORGET THE CHEESEBURGER. I wanted that cheeseburger and now I’m sad :(

This is the only McDonald's that everytime i come here its a freaking problem. I got in the drive thru line at 10:50 to get breakfast. I am in line for 7 minutes before I even get to the speaker. When I get to the speaker, I'm waiting another 5 minutes. I tell them I want breakfast because I was in line for 13 minutes, they proceed to tell me I can not get breakfast after waiting in line while it was breakfast. They deserve a big fat 0. This McDonald's is so unprofessional and customer service sucks. They should have accommodated me for waiting in line for so long and I was there at the appropriate time, because they are slow, I shouldn't have to suffer for that

I visited this McDonald’s over the weekend & I ended up pulling off without some items that I ordered & paid for. I was heading out with a friend, so instead of turning back around I decided to call them about it. I spoke with a woman by the name of ‘Laura Gonzalez’, she told me it would be ok for me to come get my missing items a different day. Fast forward to a few days later….. I sat in their drive thru for about 10/15 mins , hoping I’d either see the woman I spoke with or that the issue would be resolved with no issues. Come to find out , no one by the name of Laura Gonzalez works there. I’m not sure if they just didn’t want to give me what I was surely owed , or if really , no one works there by that name. Either way, shame on them! I’ll drive to a different Mcd’s before I ever return because I definitely feel like it could have been handled differently. I know some ppl are not honest these days, however, I frequent this location & always pay with no problem. I don’t have a reason to sit in a long line in hopes of a free items . All I wanted was what I paid for & whoever answered the phone when I called back that day lied about their name. Honestly , it’s so many Spanish people that work there … I’m pretty sure there was a Laura Gonzalez there ! I told them I’d return after I find my receipt but I never did . I’m sure I tossed it away over the weekend by accident. But they don’t have to worry about me anymore, I got my money back from my bank!!
