As of October 2024, Melba had 3 (actually unique) vegan hard ice cream flavors, and at least 1 sorbet! The flavors change weekly.
I had a "single" (yes—it's huge for a single) of vegan black sesame and vegan sweet potato cheesecake. Both were scrumptious. It cost about $5, which I felt like it was a very fair price considering the size! The Bent Spoon (which is also delicious) in Princeton charges about $6.50 for the same size.
Also, Melba doesn't upcharge for vegan flavors (thank gawd).
Its on Main Street. A cute area to sit outside with lovely flowers around. The flavours are amazing. We tried pumpkin spice, moonrocks and salted roasted pistachio was the best

This is our regular ice cream spot despite it being a little bit of a drive from where we live and there's a reason for that. The ice cream is very good and there are always vegan options which are creative and delicious. The staff is always lovely and in a good mood even when it gets really busy. It does sometimes get crowed but there's almost always somewhere to sit either inside or outside.
Vegetarian options: Always has a few vegan options.

Even though the line is long, the employees are fast and lovely! I’ve only tried the vegan ice cream (for fun) and it’s the best I’ve ever had! It’s 30 minutes from my house but we still go because it’s that good!

Anything made by the people that own the Gingered Peach must be good. No exception here. Pistachio flavor was so natural and perfectly salty. Similar to gelato consistency. Moon rocks flavor was also delicious- oreo ice cream with oreo chunks. Basically cookies n cream but amped up. Cool array of flavors and I'll definitely be back to sample the rest!

LOVED THIS PLACE!! The old school ambiance and use of an old house is so nostalgic, felt like I was walking into a different time. There is access to outdoor seating both on the patio and on the grass on the side of the home, along with indoor seating.
Now onto the ice cream, my favorite flavor was definitely the Ube. I would recommend the ice cream float for $12 b/c it allows you to try & share some different flavors. All in all, 10/10 highly recommend!
