“I knew this location as a diner years ago, went here for breakfast & found the famous Princeton PJ'S here. Cool cross between a pancake house and a well-appointed bar. Even AM busy, service excellent - Kaitlyn was great behind the bar. Food is hot and delicious, and the coffee is spot on. I'm glad I stopped by passing through - you should, too!

“I recently visited this place, and I have to say, it’s truly a hidden gem when it comes to pancakes! Although I come to Princeton often, this was my first time here, and I’m so glad I finally made it. It was already 8:30 PM when I arrived, so I decided to keep it simple and ordered just pancakes. However, I was amazed by the sheer variety they offer — so many different types of pancakes to choose from!

I ended up ordering two kinds: the plain pancakes and the coconut banana rum pancakes. Let me tell you, both were absolutely delicious. The plain pancakes were perfect on their own — fluffy, light, and just the right amount of sweetness. But the coconut banana rum pancakes were truly exceptional! The flavors blended together so well, with the coconut adding a nice tropical touch, the banana providing a bit of natural sweetness, and the rum giving it a unique twist. It was a perfect combination.

The service was also great. Our server was friendly, polite, and attentive, which made the experience even better. I will definitely be coming back, not only to enjoy those amazing pancakes again but also to try the many other varieties they have on the menu. This place is now on my must-visit list every time I’m in Princeton!“
