One of my favorite brunch places. They have a student discount when you have your Student ID and a “starving student” menu that is really cute. Their pancakes are ginormous and soooo yummy. Never a bad time at

Overpriced and disappointing. Upon being shown to our table, my girlfriend and I were immediately beset upon by a server, carrying a tray, and his assistant following the folding table. They seemed vexed because they had to wait while we removed our jackets and sat down.....maybe less tables and more maneuvering room would be helpful.
Because of the closeness and overcrowding we had to repeat ourselves to our server several times, but she was graceful about it.
We each ordered soup and a sandwich. I loved the chili but my girlfriend was underwhelmed by her French Onion soup ( cheese topping not 'done' properly). As we were eating our soups, our sandwiches arrived...warm, but with under cooked and cold fries.
Considering that lunch for two came to over $60, this was a disappointing experience in which the cost was greater than the value received. Suffice to say that we will not be back

PJs pancake house, well known restaurant from Princeton. I believe this is their 4th location now. The pancakes are pretty consistent across all of the locations. This location is a bit hard to get to being right off of route 1. I would say this is on the bigger end of size for their locations. Menu has become very pricey. ($20+ per person.) I would say this is more a special/treat place more than anything now.

Dietary restrictions: They have a small amount of gluten free options.

Really chill restaurant. Love going with my daughter. She loved the crepes and I work nights so a spiked milkshake will eventually be a thing as this place serves alcohol and has a bar. But the regular shakes are absolutely delicious.

I knew this location as a diner years ago, went here for breakfast & found the famous Princeton PJ'S here. Cool cross between a pancake house and a well-appointed bar. Even AM busy, service excellent - Kaitlyn was great behind the bar. Food is hot and delicious, and the coffee is spot on. I'm glad I stopped by passing through - you should, too!

Wheelchair accessibility: Just fine, restaurant entrance is at ground level with the parking lot, no ramp needed, just head in.

I would give 5 stars to our server who was amazing. The food was good and came out quickly. As for the manager, I can’t imagine anyone working for this man. For being the first person you see when you walk in and greet you, a bit of patience and customer service would be nice. The way he spoke to the employees was deplorable! This is obviously a busy diner on Sundays so you should expect a bit of chaos and be able to handle it.

Some of the best wait staff I've had in a while. The food is about the same as you might expect from a medium high-end diner in NJ. You would have a hard time doing better than PJ's but you could very easily do worse.

I've been going to another diner a couple times a month with my friend for years. They recently closed down and we were forced to go elsewhere. We tried pj's and by chance found our new favorite spot! The tiramisu pancakes, apple pancakes and plain pancakes are the best. So much to choose from and they are very accommodating. They serve lattes which is a huge plus for me.
