Food - taste is good. Chicken size is poor, especially the wing and leg parts.
Service - If only I can put a 0 star, I would.
1. Always questions me whenever I use a coupon (then why do you keep on sending me in my mail?).
2. I asked for a bag for my drinks because I ordered, carrying a lot and I was alone but they said no, ended up leaving my drinks because I can’t carry them anymore.

Today, when I arrived at Popeyes, I told the manager on duty that I had a promo code. He looked at me with a bad attitude and said, “No, no, promo codes don’t work here.” I replied that, as far as I knew, it was valid, but he got upset. So I said, “Okay,” sat down, and downloaded the Popeyes app. From there, I ordered the exact same offer I was trying to redeem with the coupon. When I placed the order, he gave me another dirty look and, reluctantly, went to the back. They eventually gave me the food, but I can’t be sure—still, it left me with the feeling that something was off.
Earlier today, I had only eaten lunch, and by the time I left work, more than 5 hours had passed without eating again. After picking up the food at Popeyes, it took me about 15 minutes to get home.
When I arrived, I went upstairs, and all of a sudden I started feeling dizzy. I had stomach pain, broke out in a cold sweat, and everything around me started spinning. I felt nauseous, very unwell, and out of balance. My lower lip began to feel numb, as if it were falling asleep, and I noticed my heartbeat was irregular.
The food made me feel extremely sick. I was feeling so awful that I just lay down and slept for about 2 hours. When I woke up, I still felt stomach discomfort, so I went to vomit. About 10 minutes after vomiting, I started to feel better.
That’s when I realized it was the food that had made me sick.

Ordered pickup with them three times and so far, so good! They forgot my drink the first time but when I came back they were very helpful, and the next two times they had everything right. The chicken sandwiches are great at a nice price!

I asked for a spicy chicken sandwich no pickles and I got a cold sandwich where the guy removed the pickles and I could taste the pickle juice on my sandwich which was nasty. This experience was horrible and they need to make fresh food and not take the lazy way out.

The one Indian man there, he was being very mean to us, the food was good, but we were using a promo and he didn’t let us. We filled out the survey and wanted our free pieces of chicken and a biscuit after buying our LARGE drink. He said we were illiterate and that we didn’t read correctly, you should definitely fire him for the mean service.

I was in the mall in the food court so the atmosphere is what it is. The service slow but I was there on a mission for my chicken. It didn't disappoint. It was nice and fresh hot

This place is absolutely horrible. The manager clearly doesn’t know what he is doing. I ordered the Sandwich only & I saw it’s available in Golden BBQ flavor for the same price of $4.99. I asked for it & the manager is telling me that it doesn’t come in that flavor. I pointed out 2 places on the menu where it says it does & he had a shocked face like he didn’t know, & precisely because he didn’t know & it was obvious he did not, he proceeded to lie to me & tell me that he’s waiting on HQ to change the marketing when he himself had no idea what the promos were. If he was being lazy & didn’t want to put in the effort of actual customer satisfaction, then I would have rather him be up front about him not feeling like doing his job than lie to me about it. He offered me only the classic sandwich & didn’t even ask if I wanted it spicy, which I did, but at this point I was ready to leave and go to work. As a previous employee of the company, this manager’s attitude was completely unacceptable. I hope a replacement is made in management soon.

NEVER go to Popeye's in the mall. They too busy telling customers what they can't get and giving you nuggets instead of the spicy and hot wings they supposedly sell. They are terrible with customer service and rip people off because they don't like it when you tell them how WRONG they are. I wanted to order two kinds of the new wings they sell, but you can only get 6 of one kind of wings. I haven't been to Popeyes in a while and they don't have to worry about me going back to them. The people are terrible and look at you like your wrong. They need new owners that are more accommodating to customers that spend their money. Make sure you look at your food before you go. I know they have a bad habit of giving you thighs in place of breast. Don't even know the kind of chicken you sell. Don't spend your money with them.

They don’t like fulfilling online orders since they make less money. They are very disrespectful and will make you feel very uncomfortable when you pick up your order. It’s like you are stealing their garbage food. Won’t be back again in my life.
