Best ramen in the US, hands down! The rich tonkotsu and the crab miso ramen had incredible umami! The soft-boiled egg was also perfect. People who don't eat ramen here are missing out on life. My request is that I'd like to eat the tonkotsu ramen with beni-shoga (red pickled ginger) on top. Are there any toppings available?

Ramen Nagomi was amazing. The ramen was delicious, and our waitress Dayana, took such good care of us. Super friendly and made the whole experience even better. Definitely coming back!

Pork belly tastes weird and the portion is too small.
The noodles in the ramen were quite soggy and over cooked, though the portion of the noodles was quite large. The flavors in the broth were nice but the broth was a bit thin.
I guess they use shrimp shells to flavor the miso crab broth but it was pretty unpleasant to pull out the shrimp shells while eating. The burnt garlic had a very strong burnt taste and garlic taste, so it's definitely as advertised, but it was a little sad not to get to enjoy the tonkotsu broth flavors.
The crab on the miso crab ramen was a nice portion but it was cold like they had just pulled it from the fridge and put it on top. The eggs looked like the staff had a lot of problems shelling the eggs.
The karaage (fried chicken appetizer) however was nice and crisp and juicy.
Not a terrible showing for being in a mall, but would probably not find this experience compelling enough to return to this location.
