Best ramen in the US, hands down!
The rich tonkotsu and the crab miso ramen had incredible umami! The soft-boiled egg was also perfect.
People who don't eat ramen here are missing out on life.
My request is that I'd like to eat the tonkotsu ramen with beni-shoga (red pickled ginger) on top. Are there any toppings available?

Ramen Nagomi was amazing. The ramen was delicious, and our waitress Dayana, took such good care of us. Super friendly and made the whole experience even better. Definitely coming back!

Ok: burnt garlic ramen, miso crab ramen

The noodles in the ramen were quite soggy and over cooked, though the portion of the noodles was quite large. The flavors in the broth were nice but the broth was a bit thin.

I guess they use shrimp shells to flavor the miso crab broth but it was pretty unpleasant to pull out the shrimp shells while eating. The burnt garlic had a very strong burnt taste and garlic taste, so...
