I ordered edamame and the miso crab ramen. Edamame was perfectly steamed and salted. The crab ramen hit the spot. The jammy egg was chef's kiss. I wish it had more broth, but other than that a perfect belated birthday lunch for myself!

Loved that this ramen shop serves thin noodles. Tonkotsu Broth and char siu were both flavorful. The don was good as well. Only wish would be that they served bao with the sliced char siu instead of minced.

First visit, got the Kakuni bao for takeout, had a very good flavor. Very tasty, they disappeared quickly. I'll have to come back to sample the ramens for sure!
