My good friend Tony and I had an Italain Hot Dog today at Ray's Market Cafe. It was EXCELLENT. The wonderful taste and quality of that sandwich took as back to the way they tasted at the Casino on Anderson Street in Chambersburg. The roll was very fresh and the peppers and potatoes were cooked to perfection. As far as we are concerned their Italain hot dog sandwich is the real deal. I will definitely be back for another, as well as, ordering some of their other delicious specialties.

I love the breakfast sandwiches there. I made the mistake of asking for no potato in my Italian hotdog, but I’ll definitely try again with the potato next time!

I love eating here! The cafe is clean, cozy tucked away do that I can read and write on my journal, but with enough bustling noise to enjoy the market milieu. The food is delicious and reasonably priced so that I can visit several times a week.
Great place with amazing food!!! The steak sandwiches and Italian hotdogs are out of this world!! The owner is very friendly and the sitting area is so lovely! Good spot for a delicious meal!

Walked by this place in the Trenton farmers market a few times and finally ordered something. The menu peaked my interest. If you are familiar with Old School Chambersburg then you will love this place! Where are you gonna get Baccala chowder! Everything is homemade and delicious! Ray is a nice guy and friendly. Small sitting area, neat and clean with a fixed and added specials.

We had delicious breakfast sandwiches from Ray’s this morning. Eggs were nice and fluffy, lots of pork roll, and the rolls were nice and soft, and fresh!! We will be back.
