My good friend Tony and I had an Italain Hot Dog today at Ray's Market Cafe. It was EXCELLENT. The wonderful taste and quality of that sandwich took as back to the way they tasted at the Casino on Anderson Street in Chambersburg. The roll was very fresh and the peppers and potatoes were cooked to perfection. As far as we are concerned their Italain hot dog sandwich is the real deal. I will definitely be back for another, as well as, ordering some of their other delicious...
The Hamilton Township Municipal Court had a Ray's delicious

The cafe is clean, welcoming, and the food is always great! You can tell Ray and his team put a lot of love and pride into their food—I love watching them cook. 10 out of 10 experience! I love the breakfast sandwiches there. I made the mistake of asking for no potato in my Italian hotdog, but I’ll definitely try again with the potato next time!
